Once you understand how foundational those modern intelligence operations have
become for the stability and continuity of those governments…… then you begin to
understand just how the United States intelligence community became more
important than the government that created it.
♦ Public Private Partnership – The modern Fourth Branch of Government is only
possible because of a Public-Private partnership with the intelligence
apparatus. You do not have to take my word for it, the partnership is so brazen
they have made public admissions.
The biggest names in Big Tech announced in June their partnership with the Five
Eyes intelligence network, ultimately controlled by the NSA, to: (1) monitor all
activity in their platforms; (2) identify extremist content; (3) look for
expressions of Domestic Violent Extremism (DVE); and then, (4) put the content
details into a database where the Five Eyes intelligence agencies (U.K., U.S.,
Australia, Canada, New Zealand) can access it.
Facebook, Twitter, Google and Microsoft are all partnering with the intelligence
apparatus. It might be difficult to fathom how openly they admit this, but they
do. Look at this sentence in the press release (emphasis mine):
[…] “The Group will use lists from intelligence-sharing group Five Eyes adding
URLs and PDFs from more groups, including the Proud Boys, the Three Percenters
and neo-Nazis.”
Think about that sentence structure very carefully. They are “adding to” the
preexisting list…. admitting the group (aka Big Tech) already have access to the
the intelligence-sharing database… and also admitting there is a preexisting
list created by the Five Eyes consortium.
Obviously, who and what is defined as “extremist content” will be determined by
the Big Tech insiders themselves. This provides a gateway, another plausible
deniability aspect, to cover the Intelligence Branch from any oversight.
When the Intelligence Branch within government wants to conduct surveillance and
monitor American citizens, they run up against problems due to the Constitution
of the United States. They get around those legal limitations by sub-contracting
the intelligence gathering, the actual data-mining, and allowing outside parties
(contractors) to have access to the central database.
The government cannot conduct electronic searches (4th amendment issue) without
a warrant; however, private individuals can search and report back as long as
they have access. What is being admitted is exactly that preexisting
partnership. The difference is that Big Tech will flag the content from within
their platforms, and now a secondary database filled with the extracted
information will be provided openly for the Intelligence Branch to exploit.

Reds aren't the only ones buying guns like they are going out of stock,

the truth is they aren't buying them mainly to use against each other.
Some think they will soon have to hunt for food, others think they will
have to stop the government from taking their children or their homes or
their gold or their savings, others think they will have to defend
against gangs or pirates or marauders.
As I say, that fear has been
planted in them on purpose, expressly to get them to buy more guns. The
governors are happy for you to buy guns, just like they are happy for
you to watch porn or use drugs. All those things are cash cows for them.
They want you as riddled with anxieties and vices as possible, because
only in that way do you maximize your profitability for them. Only in
that way do you minimize your resistance.
Drugged and confused people
are incapable of revolution or any other meaningful resistance. At worst
these people kill themselves or a couple of neighbors. They never kill
anyone of import since they lack the wherewithal to achieve it. So they
don't care if you have a hundred AR15s. You only have two hands and no
target, so you are no menace to them in that regard.
Another headline at Zero tells us Biden is already as unpopular as
Trump. What? Biden is far more unpopular, with numbers never seen before
for a President in his first 18 months. Every month they tell us Biden's
numbers have hit all-time lows, but then tell it is something like 39%.
It was 39% nine months ago, and has been in a freefall ever since. Half
the country hated him to start with, and since he never did one thing
right, he soon lost another 10%. I think he was around 40% by summer of
2021. The last year has been the worst in the history of the country,
and absolutely no one awake could approve of it. Real polls would put
his approval down with Congress, which has continually hovered around 9%
for decades. That is the 9% of adults who can't read and can't see out
their windows.
They
have a minty new fascism for you, of the WEF type, complete with pits
and chains and Mt. Dooms belching smoke, and to herd you into it they
have to destroy the old political left once and for all.
They have to
make you think nothing remains of the liberalism of Jefferson but trannies and groomers and pedophiles and green-haired social justice

The
Chinese Century Not A Rare Confluence of Shit but a Totally Planned

The U.S. government is waging psychological warfare on the American
people.
No, this is not a conspiracy theory.
Psychological warfare, according to the Rand Corporation, “involves the
planned use of propaganda and other psychological operations to
influence the opinions, emotions, attitudes, and behavior of opposition
groups.”
For years now, the government has been bombarding the citizenry with
propaganda campaigns and psychological operations aimed at keeping us
compliant, easily controlled and supportive of the police state’s
various efforts abroad and domestically.
The government is so confident in its Orwellian powers of manipulation
that it’s taken to bragging about them. Just recently, for example, the
U.S. Army’s 4th Psychological Operations Group, the branch of the
military responsible for psychological warfare, released a recruiting
video that touts its efforts to pull the strings, turn everything they
touch into a weapon, be everywhere, deceive, persuade, change,
influence, and inspire.
This is the danger that lurks in plain sight.
Of the many weapons in the government’s vast arsenal, psychological
warfare may be the most devastating in terms of the long-term
consequences.
As the military journal Task and Purpose explains, “Psychological
warfare is all about influencing governments, people of power, and
everyday citizens… PSYOP soldiers’ key missions are to influence
‘emotions, notices, reasoning, and behavior of foreign governments and
citizens,’ ‘deliberately deceive’ enemy forces, advise governments, and
provide communications for disaster relief and rescue efforts.”
Yet don’t be fooled into thinking these psyops (psychological
operations) campaigns are only aimed at foreign enemies. The government
has made clear in word and deed that “we the people” are domestic
enemies to be targeted, tracked, manipulated, micromanaged, surveilled,
viewed as suspects, and treated as if our fundamental rights are mere
privileges that can be easily discarded.
Aided and abetted by technological advances and scientific
experimentation, the government has been subjecting the American people
to “apple-pie propaganda” for the better part of the last century.
Consider some of the ways in which the government continues to wage
psychological warfare on a largely unsuspecting citizenry.
Weaponizing violence. With alarming regularity, the nation continues to
be subjected to spates of violence that terrorizes the public,
destabilizes the country’s ecosystem, and gives the government greater
justifications to crack down, lock down, and institute even more
authoritarian policies for the so-called sake of national security
without many objections from the citizenry.
Weaponizing surveillance, pre-crime and pre-thought campaigns.
Surveillance, digital stalking and the data mining of the American
people add up to a society in which there’s little room for
indiscretions, imperfections, or acts of independence. When the
government sees all and knows all and has an abundance of laws to render
even the most seemingly upstanding citizen a criminal and lawbreaker,
then the old adage that you’ve got nothing to worry about if you’ve got
nothing to hide no longer applies. Add pre-crime programs into the mix
with government agencies and corporations working in tandem to determine
who is a potential danger and spin a sticky spider-web of threat
assessments, behavioral sensing warnings, flagged “words,” and
“suspicious” activity reports using automated eyes and ears, social
media, behavior sensing software, and citizen spies, and you having the
makings for a perfect dystopian nightmare. The government’s war on crime
has now veered into the realm of social media and technological
entrapment, with government agents adopting fake social media identities
and AI-created profile pictures in order to surveil, target and capture
potential suspects.
Weaponizing digital currencies, social media scores and censorship. Tech
giants, working with the government, have been meting out their own
version of social justice by way of digital tyranny and corporate
censorship, muzzling whomever they want, whenever they want, on whatever
pretext they want in the absence of any real due process, review or
appeal. Unfortunately, digital censorship is just the beginning. Digital
currencies (which can be used as “a tool for government surveillance of
citizens and control over their financial transactions”), combined with
social media scores and surveillance capitalism create a litmus test to
determine who is worthy enough to be part of society and punish
individuals for moral lapses and social transgressions (and reward them
for adhering to government-sanctioned behavior). In China, millions of
individuals and businesses, blacklisted as “unworthy” based on social
media credit scores that grade them based on whether they are “good”
citizens, have been banned from accessing financial markets, buying real
estate or travelling by air or train.
Weaponizing compliance. Even the most well-intentioned government law or
program can be—and has been—perverted, corrupted and used to advance
illegitimate purposes once profit and power are added to the equation.
The war on terror, the war on drugs, the war on COVID-19, the war on
illegal immigration, asset forfeiture schemes, road safety schemes,
school safety schemes, eminent domain: all of these programs started out
as legitimate responses to pressing concerns and have since become
weapons of compliance and control in the police state’s hands.
Weaponizing entertainment. For the past century, the Department of
Defense’s Entertainment Media Office has provided Hollywood with
equipment, personnel and technical expertise at taxpayer expense. In
exchange, the military industrial complex has gotten a starring role in
such blockbusters as Top Gun and its rebooted sequel Top Gun: Maverick,
which translates to free advertising for the war hawks, recruitment of
foot soldiers for the military empire, patriotic fervor by the taxpayers
who have to foot the bill for the nation’s endless wars, and Hollywood
visionaries working to churn out dystopian thrillers that make the war
machine appear relevant, heroic and necessary. As Elmer Davis, a CBS
broadcaster who was appointed the head of the Office of War Information,
observed, “The easiest way to inject a propaganda idea into most
people’s minds is to let it go through the medium of an entertainment
picture when they do not realize that they are being propagandized.”
Weaponizing behavioral science and nudging. Apart from the overt dangers
posed by a government that feels justified and empowered to spy on its
people and use its ever-expanding arsenal of weapons and technology to
monitor and control them, there’s also the covert dangers associated
with a government empowered to use these same technologies to influence
behaviors en masse and control the populace. In fact, it was President
Obama who issued an executive order directing federal agencies to use
“behavioral science” methods to minimize bureaucracy and influence the
way people respond to government programs. It’s a short hop, skip and a
jump from a behavioral program that tries to influence how people
respond to paperwork to a government program that tries to shape the
public’s views about other, more consequential matters. Thus,
increasingly, governments around the world—including in the United
States—are relying on “nudge units” to steer citizens in the direction
the powers-that-be want them to go, while preserving the appearance of
free will.
Weaponizing desensitization campaigns aimed at lulling us into a false
sense of security. The events of recent years—the invasive surveillance,
the extremism reports, the civil unrest, the protests, the shootings,
the bombings, the military exercises and active shooter drills, the
lockdowns, the color-coded alerts and threat assessments, the fusion
centers, the transformation of local police into extensions of the
military, the distribution of military equipment and weapons to local
police forces, the government databases containing the names of
dissidents and potential troublemakers—have conspired to acclimate the
populace to accept a police state willingly, even gratefully.
Weaponizing fear and paranoia. The language of fear is spoken
effectively by politicians on both sides of the aisle, shouted by media
pundits from their cable TV pulpits, marketed by corporations, and
codified into bureaucratic laws that do little to make our lives safer
or more secure. Fear, as history shows, is the method most often used by
politicians to increase the power of government and control a populace,
dividing the people into factions, and persuading them to see each other
as the enemy. This Machiavellian scheme has so ensnared the nation that
few Americans even realize they are being manipulated into adopting an
“us” against “them” mindset. Instead, fueled with fear and loathing for
phantom opponents, they agree to pour millions of dollars and resources
into political elections, militarized police, spy technology and endless
wars, hoping for a guarantee of safety that never comes. All the while,
those in power—bought and paid for by lobbyists and corporations—move
their costly agendas forward, and “we the suckers” get saddled with the
tax bills and subjected to pat downs, police raids and round-the-clock
surveillance.
Weaponizing genetics. Not only does fear grease the wheels of the
transition to fascism by cultivating fearful, controlled, pacified,
cowed citizens, but it also embeds itself in our very DNA so that we
pass on our fear and compliance to our offspring. It’s called epigenetic
inheritance, the transmission through DNA of traumatic experiences. For
example, neuroscientists observed that fear can travel through
generations of mice DNA. As The Washington Post reports, “Studies on
humans suggest that children and grandchildren may have felt the
epigenetic impact of such traumatic events such as famine, the Holocaust
and the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.”
Weaponizing the future. With greater frequency, the government has been
issuing warnings about the dire need to prepare for the dystopian future
that awaits us. For instance, the Pentagon training video, “Megacities:
Urban Future, the Emerging Complexity,” predicts that by 2030
(coincidentally, the same year that society begins to achieve
singularity with the metaverse) the military would be called on to use
armed forces to solve future domestic political and social problems.
What they’re really talking about is martial law, packaged as a
well-meaning and overriding concern for the nation’s security. The
chilling five-minute training video paints an ominous picture of the
future bedeviled by “criminal networks,” “substandard infrastructure,”
“religious and ethnic tensions,” “impoverishment, slums,” “open
landfills, over-burdened sewers,” a “growing mass of unemployed,” and an
urban landscape in which the prosperous economic elite must be protected
from the impoverishment of the have nots. “We the people” are the
have-nots.
The end goal of these mind control campaigns—packaged in the guise of
the greater good—is to see how far the American people will allow the
government to go in re-shaping the country in the image of a
totalitarian police state.
The facts speak for themselves.
Whatever else it may be—a danger, a menace, a threat—the U.S. government
is certainly not looking out for our best interests, nor is it in any
way a friend to freedom.
When the government views itself as superior to the citizenry, when it
no longer operates for the benefit of the people, when the people are no
longer able to peacefully reform their government, when government
officials cease to act like public servants, when elected officials no
longer represent the will of the people, when the government routinely
violates the rights of the people and perpetrates more violence against
the citizenry than the criminal class, when government spending is
unaccountable and unaccounted for, when the judiciary act as courts of
order rather than justice, and when the government is no longer bound by
the laws of the Constitution, then you no longer have a government “of
the people, by the people and for the people.”
What we have is a government of wolves.
Our backs are against the proverbial wall.
“We the people”—who think, who reason, who take a stand, who resist, who
demand to be treated with dignity and care, who believe in freedom and
justice for all—have become undervalued citizens of a totalitarian state
that views people as expendable once they have outgrown their usefulness
to the State.
Brace yourselves.

The U.S. government is waging psychological warfare on the American
people.
No, this is not a conspiracy theory.
Psychological warfare, according to the Rand Corporation, “involves the
planned use of propaganda and other psychological operations to
influence the opinions, emotions, attitudes, and behavior of opposition
groups.”
For years now, the government has been bombarding the citizenry with
propaganda campaigns and psychological operations aimed at keeping us
compliant, easily controlled and supportive of the police state’s
various efforts abroad and domestically.
The government is so confident in its Orwellian powers of manipulation
that it’s taken to bragging about them. Just recently, for example, the
U.S. Army’s 4th Psychological Operations Group, the branch of the
military responsible for psychological warfare, released a recruiting
video that touts its efforts to pull the strings, turn everything they
touch into a weapon, be everywhere, deceive, persuade, change,
influence, and inspire.
This is the danger that lurks in plain sight.
Of the many weapons in the government’s vast arsenal, psychological
warfare may be the most devastating in terms of the long-term
consequences.
As the military journal Task and Purpose explains, “Psychological
warfare is all about influencing governments, people of power, and
everyday citizens… PSYOP soldiers’ key missions are to influence
‘emotions, notices, reasoning, and behavior of foreign governments and
citizens,’ ‘deliberately deceive’ enemy forces, advise governments, and
provide communications for disaster relief and rescue efforts.”
Yet don’t be fooled into thinking these psyops (psychological
operations) campaigns are only aimed at foreign enemies. The government
has made clear in word and deed that “we the people” are domestic
enemies to be targeted, tracked, manipulated, micromanaged, surveilled,
viewed as suspects, and treated as if our fundamental rights are mere
privileges that can be easily discarded.
Aided and abetted by technological advances and scientific
experimentation, the government has been subjecting the American people
to “apple-pie propaganda” for the better part of the last century.
Consider some of the ways in which the government continues to wage
psychological warfare on a largely unsuspecting citizenry.
Weaponizing violence. With alarming regularity, the nation continues to
be subjected to spates of violence that terrorizes the public,
destabilizes the country’s ecosystem, and gives the government greater
justifications to crack down, lock down, and institute even more
authoritarian policies for the so-called sake of national security
without many objections from the citizenry.
Weaponizing surveillance, pre-crime and pre-thought campaigns.
Surveillance, digital stalking and the data mining of the American
people add up to a society in which there’s little room for
indiscretions, imperfections, or acts of independence. When the
government sees all and knows all and has an abundance of laws to render
even the most seemingly upstanding citizen a criminal and lawbreaker,
then the old adage that you’ve got nothing to worry about if you’ve got
nothing to hide no longer applies. Add pre-crime programs into the mix
with government agencies and corporations working in tandem to determine
who is a potential danger and spin a sticky spider-web of threat
assessments, behavioral sensing warnings, flagged “words,” and
“suspicious” activity reports using automated eyes and ears, social
media, behavior sensing software, and citizen spies, and you having the
makings for a perfect dystopian nightmare. The government’s war on crime
has now veered into the realm of social media and technological
entrapment, with government agents adopting fake social media identities
and AI-created profile pictures in order to surveil, target and capture
potential suspects.
Weaponizing digital currencies, social media scores and censorship. Tech
giants, working with the government, have been meting out their own
version of social justice by way of digital tyranny and corporate
censorship, muzzling whomever they want, whenever they want, on whatever
pretext they want in the absence of any real due process, review or
appeal. Unfortunately, digital censorship is just the beginning. Digital
currencies (which can be used as “a tool for government surveillance of
citizens and control over their financial transactions”), combined with
social media scores and surveillance capitalism create a litmus test to
determine who is worthy enough to be part of society and punish
individuals for moral lapses and social transgressions (and reward them
for adhering to government-sanctioned behavior). In China, millions of
individuals and businesses, blacklisted as “unworthy” based on social
media credit scores that grade them based on whether they are “good”
citizens, have been banned from accessing financial markets, buying real
estate or travelling by air or train.
Weaponizing compliance. Even the most well-intentioned government law or
program can be—and has been—perverted, corrupted and used to advance
illegitimate purposes once profit and power are added to the equation.
The war on terror, the war on drugs, the war on COVID-19, the war on
illegal immigration, asset forfeiture schemes, road safety schemes,
school safety schemes, eminent domain: all of these programs started out
as legitimate responses to pressing concerns and have since become
weapons of compliance and control in the police state’s hands.
Weaponizing entertainment. For the past century, the Department of
Defense’s Entertainment Media Office has provided Hollywood with
equipment, personnel and technical expertise at taxpayer expense. In
exchange, the military industrial complex has gotten a starring role in
such blockbusters as Top Gun and its rebooted sequel Top Gun: Maverick,
which translates to free advertising for the war hawks, recruitment of
foot soldiers for the military empire, patriotic fervor by the taxpayers
who have to foot the bill for the nation’s endless wars, and Hollywood
visionaries working to churn out dystopian thrillers that make the war
machine appear relevant, heroic and necessary. As Elmer Davis, a CBS
broadcaster who was appointed the head of the Office of War Information,
observed, “The easiest way to inject a propaganda idea into most
people’s minds is to let it go through the medium of an entertainment
picture when they do not realize that they are being propagandized.”
Weaponizing behavioral science and nudging. Apart from the overt dangers
posed by a government that feels justified and empowered to spy on its
people and use its ever-expanding arsenal of weapons and technology to
monitor and control them, there’s also the covert dangers associated
with a government empowered to use these same technologies to influence
behaviors en masse and control the populace. In fact, it was President
Obama who issued an executive order directing federal agencies to use
“behavioral science” methods to minimize bureaucracy and influence the
way people respond to government programs. It’s a short hop, skip and a
jump from a behavioral program that tries to influence how people
respond to paperwork to a government program that tries to shape the
public’s views about other, more consequential matters. Thus,
increasingly, governments around the world—including in the United
States—are relying on “nudge units” to steer citizens in the direction
the powers-that-be want them to go, while preserving the appearance of
free will.
Weaponizing desensitization campaigns aimed at lulling us into a false
sense of security. The events of recent years—the invasive surveillance,
the extremism reports, the civil unrest, the protests, the shootings,
the bombings, the military exercises and active shooter drills, the
lockdowns, the color-coded alerts and threat assessments, the fusion
centers, the transformation of local police into extensions of the
military, the distribution of military equipment and weapons to local
police forces, the government databases containing the names of
dissidents and potential troublemakers—have conspired to acclimate the
populace to accept a police state willingly, even gratefully.
Weaponizing fear and paranoia. The language of fear is spoken
effectively by politicians on both sides of the aisle, shouted by media
pundits from their cable TV pulpits, marketed by corporations, and
codified into bureaucratic laws that do little to make our lives safer
or more secure. Fear, as history shows, is the method most often used by
politicians to increase the power of government and control a populace,
dividing the people into factions, and persuading them to see each other
as the enemy. This Machiavellian scheme has so ensnared the nation that
few Americans even realize they are being manipulated into adopting an
“us” against “them” mindset. Instead, fueled with fear and loathing for
phantom opponents, they agree to pour millions of dollars and resources
into political elections, militarized police, spy technology and endless
wars, hoping for a guarantee of safety that never comes. All the while,
those in power—bought and paid for by lobbyists and corporations—move
their costly agendas forward, and “we the suckers” get saddled with the
tax bills and subjected to pat downs, police raids and round-the-clock
surveillance.
Weaponizing genetics. Not only does fear grease the wheels of the
transition to fascism by cultivating fearful, controlled, pacified,
cowed citizens, but it also embeds itself in our very DNA so that we
pass on our fear and compliance to our offspring. It’s called epigenetic
inheritance, the transmission through DNA of traumatic experiences. For
example, neuroscientists observed that fear can travel through
generations of mice DNA. As The Washington Post reports, “Studies on
humans suggest that children and grandchildren may have felt the
epigenetic impact of such traumatic events such as famine, the Holocaust
and the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.”
Weaponizing the future. With greater frequency, the government has been
issuing warnings about the dire need to prepare for the dystopian future
that awaits us. For instance, the Pentagon training video, “Megacities:
Urban Future, the Emerging Complexity,” predicts that by 2030
(coincidentally, the same year that society begins to achieve
singularity with the metaverse) the military would be called on to use
armed forces to solve future domestic political and social problems.
What they’re really talking about is martial law, packaged as a
well-meaning and overriding concern for the nation’s security. The
chilling five-minute training video paints an ominous picture of the
future bedeviled by “criminal networks,” “substandard infrastructure,”
“religious and ethnic tensions,” “impoverishment, slums,” “open
landfills, over-burdened sewers,” a “growing mass of unemployed,” and an
urban landscape in which the prosperous economic elite must be protected
from the impoverishment of the have nots. “We the people” are the
have-nots.
The end goal of these mind control campaigns—packaged in the guise of
the greater good—is to see how far the American people will allow the
government to go in re-shaping the country in the image of a
totalitarian police state.
The facts speak for themselves.
Whatever else it may be—a danger, a menace, a threat—the U.S. government
is certainly not looking out for our best interests, nor is it in any
way a friend to freedom.
When the government views itself as superior to the citizenry, when it
no longer operates for the benefit of the people, when the people are no
longer able to peacefully reform their government, when government
officials cease to act like public servants, when elected officials no
longer represent the will of the people, when the government routinely
violates the rights of the people and perpetrates more violence against
the citizenry than the criminal class, when government spending is
unaccountable and unaccounted for, when the judiciary act as courts of
order rather than justice, and when the government is no longer bound by
the laws of the Constitution, then you no longer have a government “of
the people, by the people and for the people.”
What we have is a government of wolves.
Our backs are against the proverbial wall.
“We the people”—who think, who reason, who take a stand, who resist, who
demand to be treated with dignity and care, who believe in freedom and
justice for all—have become undervalued citizens of a totalitarian state
that views people as expendable once they have outgrown their usefulness
to the State.
Brace yourselves.

details into a database where the Five Eyes intelligence agencies (U.K., U.S.,
Australia, Canada, New Zealand) can access it.
Facebook, Twitter, Google and Microsoft are all partnering with the intelligence
apparatus. It might be difficult to fathom how openly they admit this, but they
do. Look at this sentence in the press release (emphasis mine):
[…] “The Group will use lists from intelligence-sharing group Five Eyes adding
URLs and PDFs from more groups, including the Proud Boys, the Three Percenters
and neo-Nazis.”
Think about that sentence structure very carefully. They are “adding to” the
preexisting list…. admitting the group (aka Big Tech) already have access to the
the intelligence-sharing database… and also admitting there is a preexisting
list created by the Five Eyes consortium.
Obviously, who and what is defined as “extremist content” will be determined by
the Big Tech insiders themselves. This provides a gateway, another plausible
deniability aspect, to cover the Intelligence Branch from any oversight.
When the Intelligence Branch within government wants to conduct surveillance and
monitor American citizens, they run up against problems due to the Constitution
of the United States. They get around those legal limitations by sub-contracting
the intelligence gathering, the actual data-mining, and allowing outside parties
(contractors) to have access to the central database.
The government cannot conduct electronic searches (4th amendment issue) without
a warrant; however, private individuals can search and report back as long as
they have access. What is being admitted is exactly that preexisting
partnership. The difference is that Big Tech will flag the content from within
their platforms, and now a secondary database filled with the extracted
information will be provided openly for the Intelligence Branch to exploit.

Federation. What did he write about Ukraine and NATO expansion? From
Peter Beinart's substack:
Two years ago, Burns wrote a memoir entitled, The Back Channel. It
directly contradicts the argument being proffered by the administration
he now serves. In his book, Burns says over and over that Russians of
all ideological stripes—not just Putin—loathed and feared NATO
expansion. He quotes a memo he wrote while serving as counselor for
political affairs at the US embassy in Moscow in 1995. ‘Hostility to
early NATO expansion,” it declares, “is almost universally felt across
the domestic political spectrum here.” On the question of extending NATO
membership to Ukraine, Burns’ warnings about the breadth of Russian
opposition are even more emphatic. “Ukrainian entry into NATO is the
brightest of all redlines for the Russian elite (not just Putin),” he
wrote in a 2008 memo to then-Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. “In
more than two and a half years of conversations with key Russian
players, from knuckle-draggers in the dark recesses of the Kremlin to
Putin’s sharpest liberal critics, I have yet to find anyone who views
Ukraine in NATO as anything other than a direct challenge to Russian
interests.”
While the Biden administration claims that Putin bears all the blame for
the current Ukraine crisis, Burns makes clear that the US helped lay its
foundations. By taking advantage of Russian weakness, he argues,
Washington fueled the nationalist resentment that Putin exploits today.
Burns calls the Clinton administration’s decision to expand NATO to
include Poland, Hungary, and the Czech Republic “premature at best, and
needlessly provocative at worst.” And he describes the appetite for
revenge it fostered among many in Moscow during Boris Yeltsin’s final
years as Russia’s president. “As Russians stewed in their grievance and
sense of disadvantage,” Burns writes, “a gathering storm of ‘stab in the
back’ theories slowly swirled, leaving a mark on Russia’s relations with
the West that would linger for decades.”
As the Bush administration moved toward opening NATO’s doors to Ukraine,
Burns’ warnings about a Russian backlash grew even starker. He told Rice
it was “hard to overstate the strategic consequences” of offering NATO
membership to Ukraine and predicted that “it will create fertile soil
for Russian meddling in Crimea and eastern Ukraine.” Although Burns
couldn’t have predicted the specific kind of meddling Putin would
employ—either in 2014 when he seized Crimea and fomented a rebellion in
Ukraine’s east or today—he warned that the US was helping set in motion
the kind of crisis that America faces today. Promise Ukraine membership
in NATO, he wrote, and “There could be no doubt that Putin would fight
back hard.”
Were a reporter to read Burns’ quotes to White House press secretary Jen
Psaki today, she’d likely accuse them of “parroting Russian talking
points.” But Burns is hardly alone. From inside the US government, many
officials warned that US policy toward Russia might bring disaster.
William Perry, Bill Clinton’s Defense Secretary from 1994 to 1997, almost resigned because of his opposition to NATO expansion. He has since declared that because of its policies in the 1990s, “the United States deserves much of the blame” for the deterioration in relations with Moscow.
Steven Pifer, who from 1998 to 2000 served as US ambassador to Ukraine, has called Bush’s 2008 decision to declare that Ukraine would eventually join NATO “a real mistake.” Fiona Hill, who gained fame during the Trump impeachment saga, says that as national intelligence officers for Russia and Eurasia she and her colleagues “warned” Bush that “Putin would view steps to bring Ukraine and Georgia closer to NATO as a provocative move that would likely provoke pre-emptive Russian military action.”

You may, at least until recently, have been labouring under the
misapprehension that the State has your back – that those in power have

The bitter irony is that it appears that a revolution is indeed being
planned – in fact has been long in the planning and is now being rolled
out. In the past it was kings and nation states that feared revolution
by the common people, the slaves. Now it is the State itself that is

By contrast it is the people, we the people, who want the country and

Death rates are soaring again in highly vaccinated European countries
Only months after suffering a huge and unexplained increase in their
death rates in the fall of 2021, many Western European countries are
seeing a new spike.
The increase includes some Covid deaths but is not limited to them.
Several countries now have death rates more than 15 percent above
normal, an extremely unusual event – especially since demographers
expected death rates to fall as Covid eased.
The spike last fall came a few months after near-universal Covid
vaccinations. This spring’s rise comes on the heels of third-shot
“booster” mRNA jabs that were far more common in Europe than the United
States.
Notably, while last fall’s increase encompassed adults of all ages, this
one is taking place mostly in the elderly, who were the focus of the

Jose Maria Fernandez Sousa-Faro, president of European pharmaceuticals
giant PharmaMar, has been charged by police with being falsely
vaccinated against Covid-19. Dr. Sousa-Faro has been caught up in a
scandal in Europe involving people being added to the National
Immunization Registry in exchange for large sums of money, with many of
them familiar faces and household names.
Police allege that Sousa-Faro arranged to be injected with a saline
solution instead of a Covid-19 vaccination and paid thousands of dollars
to have his name added to Spain’s immunization register, as confirmed by
police sources and reported by El Periodico de Espana.
Dr. Sousa-Faro is among more than 2,200 celebrities and European elites
on the list drawn up by National Police of those falsely vaccinated
against Covid. According to El Mundo, Spanish police carried out the
investigation called Operation Jenner which uncovered the vast network

fraudulently entered on the National Immunization Register, despite

University Hospital, where he is accused of charging more than €200,000

Then there’s the creepy cover of the Economist Magazine. This is the
Rothschild owned publication that caters to the elite globalists. It
pictured a field of wheat, with the kernels of wheat represented as
skulls, with the title being “The Coming Food Catastrophe.”
Conservative Playlist reports that the Rockefeller Foundation, another
globalist club with ties to Bill Gates, Schwab and the WEF, recently
warned that a global food crisis of biblical proportions is scheduled to
arrive at our doors within five to six months.
By creating more and more money and deliberately driving down the value
of the dollar, the Federal Reserve and the banking system force you to
pay more for less. To survive, whether you are in the lower middle
class, the middle-middle class, or the upper middle class, you will pay
more for the same gallon of gas, the same groceries, the same clothing
as you had before. You can get by for a while by just buying less and
cutting out waste, but after a while you will be looking to downsize
your cars, your houses, your food intake, everything.
This is why Mayer Rothschild said “I care not who makes a country’s laws

The plan is to price you out of everything to the point where you are
renting a small apartment in the city next to a rail line, replacing
your SUV with a mini electric car (if you can afford that) or even a
bicycle. Look at China. That’s the future they have planned for us.
The more pain that is caused, the closer the elites get to being able to
implement their Great Reset, with digital QR codes attached to every
human being containing all your health records on a cellphone app and
connecting that app also to your bank account and your ability to log

The billionaire globalist elites know their plan is unpopular.
They know that at least half the population in wealthy countries will
never go along with this plan willingly. They will have to be coerced in
a time of horrific crisis like war or a wave of “public health

bias, they can’t see what’s coming. They will be caught completely off
guard. The sporadic shortages they see in the grocery stores now, these
folks believe that’s just a temporary glitch that will soon iron itself
out. Nothing to worry about.
They don’t see that war and famine are right around the corner. So when
it arrives, they will be ruled by fear and confusion. Anxiety levels
will be off the charts.
Most will submit to the beast system that’s being erected on the backs
of these pre-arranged crises.
Because of the rule of thirds, somewhere between 25 and 30 percent will
never submit to this kind of a system. We saw it last year with the
vaccines, when approximately 70 percent of Americans capitulated to the
pressure of “get your shot” but 30 percent stood strong and resisted.
Now, Stephane Bancel, the CEO of Moderna, admits nobody wants his
vaccines and he’s having to throw them away, 30 million doses to be
exact.
The bottom line for the elites is this: The population is just too big
and unmanageable for the type of resource-based, total control society
required by their dystopian technocracy, and if there’s anything a
technocracy simply cannot tolerate it’s a sizable population of people
who don’t know their place. They still believe in free speech, the First
and the Second amendments, that people are born male or female,
old-fashioned stuff like that. They must be eliminated.
The kill phase: How will they cull the population?

All of the above policies are driving at one thing, mass depopulation.
Until the impact of the Covid “pandemic” and resulting mass vaccination
campaign, many researchers were scratching their heads as they reviewed

In this context it is alarming to see that Gates has shifted
his focus from computer technology to biosciences, investing
in companies and technologies associated with pandemics and,
by extension, with biological war. For example, Gates has
invested in pharmaceutical companies, like Gilead Sciences,
Inc., which developed Remdesivir, a drug credited by Robert
F. Kennedy, Jr., with exacerbating the COVID pandemic.[xvii]
In fact, another famous name has become associated with
Gilead Sciences, Inc. – George Soros, a man who has also
“partnered with China.”[xviii]
Turning to the website of the Bill and Melinda Gates
Foundation, the Yenan Way comes into focus. According to
this website, “Since opening our China office in 2007, we
have supported China in addressing its major domestic health
and development challenges, including infectious diseases
and poverty.” The Foundation’s work is described as being
“in China for China” as well as being “in China for the
world.” As explained on the site, the Foundation has been
tackling problems related to “immunization … infectious
diseases … and … also extending the global reach of China’s
health and development expertise….” The Gates Foundation
also facilitates “China’s ability to share its expertise and
innovations – including high-quality, low-cost vaccines and
other health products – with sub-Saharan Africa and the rest
of the developing world.”[xix]
Of greater interest is Gates’s infamous pandemic wargames,
which showcase the effectiveness of Chinese-style
administrative tyranny in response to a global outbreak.
Here the Yenan Way acquires a lab coat, a test kit, and a
vaccine ampule. It is global governance under the guise of
healthcare – with Chinese communist characteristics.
Regarding these pandemic wargames, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.
wrote, “Each of these Kafkaesque exercises became uncanny
predictors….[xx] Kennedy has aptly characterized them as

Each rehearsal ends with the same grim punchline: the global
pandemic is an excuse to justify the imposition of tyranny
and coerced vaccination. The repetition of these exercises

Futuristic pandemic scenarios, sponsored by Gates, were
designed “for Public Health Risk Communicators.” In 2017
there were two such exercises: MARS and SPARS.[xxii] As a
tabletop pandemic simulation, the latter imagined a
coronavirus pandemic that would supposedly take place from
2025 to 2028. It was, noted Kennedy, an “eerily precise
predictor of the COVID-19 pandemic.” In fact, added Kennedy,
“the only thing Gates and his planners got wrong was the
year.”[xxiii]
The SPARS exercise simulated a coronavirus pandemic
“culminating in mass vaccination of the global
population.”[xxiv] Even more curious, the scenario blueprint
predicted “waves of severe neurological vaccine injuries
soon appearing among children and adults.” The simulation
even predicted a case fatality rate of 0.6 percent in the
United States.[xxv] How were the participants in the
exercise supposed to respond? The blueprint was to employ
fear-porn to overcome public complacency. The population was
to be vaccinated, by hook or by crook. As Kennedy observed,
this was not about public health. The exercise was all about
sticking to mass vaccination through thick and thin, whether
it made sense or not.
If we put this in context with Gates’s relationship to
China, we suddenly find ourselves returning to Brig. Gen.
Rothschild’s warnings about a toxic attack through the
adulteration of medicines (or vaccines). The strategist is
left to wonder if vaccines, under such circumstances, might
serve as an attack vector. If universal vaccination is
imposed, if the vaccines can be contaminated by an attacker,
hundreds of millions could be unwittingly victimized. In
addition, the unwitting national governments and elites who

order would likely break down.

Elon Musk is preparing for a war that will likely include
the Fourth Branch of Government as an adversary.
Additionally, Elon Musk is drawing attention to the
corruption in the 2016 election by spotlighting the trial of
Hillary Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann. Mr. Musk notes in
his remarks that discovering the Trump-Russia collusion
story was a hoax put together by the Clinton campaign, media
and allies in government, “makes you wonder what else is
fake.”

Russia Rewrites the Art of Hybrid War
Hybrid War is being fought predominantly in the
economic/financial battleground – and the pain dial for the collective
West will only go up.

The ironclad fictional “narrative” imposed all across NATOstan is that
Ukraine is “winning”.
So why would weapons peddler retrofitted as Pentagon head Lloyd
“Raytheon” Austin literally beg since late February to have his phone
calls answered by Russian Defense Minister Shoigu, only to have his wish
finally granted?
It’s now confirmed by one of my top intel sources. The call was a direct
consequence of panic. The United States Government (USG) by all means
wants to scotch the detailed Russian investigation – and accumulation of
evidence – on the US bioweapon labs in Ukraine, as I outlined in a
previous column.
This phone call happened exactly after an official Russian statement to
the UN Security Council on May 13: we will use articles 5 and 6 of the
Convention on the Prohibition of Bioweapons to investigate the
Pentagon’s biological “experiments” in Ukraine.
That was reiterated by Under Secretary-General of the UN in charge of
disarmament, Thomas Markram, even as all ambassadors of NATO member
countries predictably denied the collected evidence as “Russian
disinformation”.
Shoigu could see the call coming eons away. Reuters, merely quoting the
proverbial “Pentagon official”, spun that the allegedly one-hour-long
call led to nothing. Nonsense. Austin, according to the Americans,
demanded a “ceasefire” – which must have originated a Siberian cat smirk
on Shoigu’s face.
Shoigu knows exactly which way the wind is blowing on the ground – for
Ukrainian Armed Forces and UkroNazis alike. It’s not only the Azovstal
debacle – and Kiev’s all-around army breakdown.
After the fall of Popasnaya – the crucial, most fortified Ukrainian
stronghold in Donbass – the Russians and Donetsk/Luhansk forces have
breached defenses along four different vectors to north, northwest, west
and south. What’s left of the Ukrainian front is crumbling – fast, with
a massive cauldron subdivided in a maze of mini-cauldrons: a military
disaster the USG cannot possibly spin.
Now, in parallel, we can also expect full exposure – on overdrive – of
the Pentagon bioweapons racket. The only “offer you can’t refuse” left
to the USG would be to present something tangible to the Russians to
avoid a full investigation.
That’s not gonna happen. Moscow is fully aware that going public with
illegal work on banned biological weapons is an existential threat to
the US Deep State. Especially when documents seized by the Russians show
that Big Pharma – via Pfizer, Moderna, Merck and Gilead – was involved
in several “experiments”. Fully exposing the whole maze, from the start,
was one of Putin’s stated objectives.
More “military-technical measures”?
Three days after the UN presentation, the board of the Russian Foreign
Ministry held a special session to discuss “the radically changed
geopolitical realities that have developed as a result of the hybrid war
against our country unleashed by the West – under the pretext of the
situation in Ukraine – unprecedented in scale and ferocity, including
the revival in Europe of a racist worldview in the form of cave
Russophobia, an open course for the ‘abolition’ of Russia and everything
Russian.”
So it’s no wonder “the aggressive revisionist course of the West
requires a radical revision of Russia’s relations with unfriendly
states.”
We should expect “a new edition of the Foreign Policy Concept of the
Russian Federation” coming out soon.
This new Foreign Policy Concept will elaborate on what Foreign Minister
Lavrov once again stressed at a meeting honoring the 30th Assembly of
the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy: the US has declared an
all-round Hybrid War on Russia. The only thing lacking, as it stands, is
a formal declaration of war.
Beyond the disinformation fog veiling the application of Finland and
Sweden – call them the Dumb and Dumber Nordics – to join NATO, what
really matters is another instance of declaration of war: the prospect
of missiles with nuclear warheads stationed really close to Russian
borders. Moscow already warned the Finns and Swedes, politely, that this
would be dealt with it via “military-technical measures”. That’s exactly
what Washington – and NATO minions – were told would happen before the
start of Operation Z.
And of course this goes much deeper, involving Romania and Poland as
well. Bucharest already has Aegis Ashore missile launchers capable of
sending Tomahawks with nuclear warheads at Russia, while Warsaw is
receiving the same systems. To cut to the chase, if there’s no
de-escalation, they will all eventually end up receiving Mr. Khinzal’s
hypersonic business card.
NATO member Turkey, meanwhile, plays a deft game, issuing its own list
of demands before even considering the Nordics’ gamble. Ankara wants no
more sanctions on its purchase of S-400s and on top it be re-included in
the F-35 program. It will be fascinating to watch what His Master’s
Voice will come up with to seduce the Sultan. The Nordics engaged in a
self-correcting “clear unequivocal stance” against the PKK and the PYD
is clearly not enough for the Sultan, who relished muddying the waters
even more as he stressed that buying Russian energy is a “strategic”
issue for Turkey.
Counteracting financial Shock’n Awe
By now it’s evidently clear that open-ended Operation Z targets unipolar
Hegemon power, the infinite expansion of vassalized NATO, and the
world’s financial architecture – an intertwined combo that largely
transcends the Ukraine battleground.
Serial Western sanctions package hysteria ended up triggering Russia’s
so far quite successful counter-financial moves. Hybrid War is being
fought predominantly in the economic/financial battleground – and the
pain dial for the collective West will only go up: inflation, higher
commodity prices, breakdown of supply chains, exploding cost of living,
impoverishment of the middle classes, and unfortunately for great
swathes of the Global South, outright poverty and starvation.
In the near future, as insider evidence surfaces, a convincing case will
be made that the Russian leadership even gamed the Western financial
gamble/ blatant robbery of over $300 billion in Russian reserves.
This implies that already years ago – let’s say, at least from 2016,
based on analyses by Sergey Glazyev – the Kremlin knew this would
inevitably happen. As trust remains a rigid foundation of a monetary
system, the Russian leadership may have calculated that the Americans
and their vassals, driven by blind Russophobia, would play all their
cards at once when push came to shove – utterly demolishing global trust
on “their” system.
Because of Russia’s infinite natural resources, the Kremlin may have
factored that the nation would eventually survive the financial Shock’n
Awe – and even profit from it (ruble appreciation included). The reward
is just too sweet: opening the way to The Doomed Dollar – without having
to ask Mr. Sarmat to present his nuclear business card.
Russia could even entertain the hypothesis of getting a mighty return on
those stolen funds. A great deal of Western assets – totaling as much as
$500 billion – may be nationalized if the Kremlin so chooses.
So Russia is winning not only militarily but also to a large extent
geopolitically – 88% of the planet does not align with NATOstan hysteria
– and of course in the economic/financial sphere.
This in fact is the key Hybrid War battleground where the collective
West is being checkmated. One of the next key steps will be an expanded
BRICS coordinating their dollar-bypassing strategy.
None of the above should overshadow the still to be measured
interconnected repercussions of the mass surrender of Azov neo-Nazis at
UkroNazistan Central in Azovstal.
The mythical Western “narrative” about freedom-fighting heroes imposed
since February by NATOstan media collapsed with a single blow. Cue to
the thunderous silence all over the Western infowar front, where no
mutts even attempted to sing that crappy, “winning” Eurovision song.
What happened, in essence, is that the creme de la creme of NATO-trained
neo-Nazis, “advised” by top Western experts, weaponized to death,
entrenched in deep concrete anti-nuclear bunkers in the bowels of
Azovstal, was either pulverized or forced to surrender like cornered
rats.
Novorossiya as a game-changer
The Russian General Staff will be adjusting their tactics for the major
follow-up in Donbass – as the best Russian analysts and war
correspondents incessantly debate. They will have to face an inescapable
problem: as much as the Russian methodically grind down the –
disaggregated – Ukrainian Army in Donbass, a new NATO army is being
trained and weaponized in western Ukraine.
So there is a real danger that depending on the ultimate long-term aims
of Operation Z – which are only shared by the Russian military
leadership – Moscow runs the risk of encountering, in a few months, a
mobile and better weaponized incarnation of the demoralized army it is
now destroying. And this is exactly what the Americans mean by
“weakening” Russia.
As it stands, there are several reasons why a new Novorossiya reality
may turn out to be a positive game-changer for Russia. Among them:
The economic/logistics complex from Kharkov to Odessa – along Donetsk,
Luhansk, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Kherson, Nikolaev – is intimately
linked with Russian industry.
By controlling the Sea of Azov – already a de facto “Russian lake” – and
subsequently the Black Sea, Russia will have total control of export
routes for the region’s world-class grain production. Extra bonus: total
exclusion of NATO.
All of the above suggests a concerted drive for the development of an
integrated agro-heavy industry complex – with the extra bonus of serious
tourism potential.
Under this scenario, a remaining Kiev-Lviv rump Ukraine, not
incorporated to Russia, and of course not rebuilt, would be at best
subjected to a no-fly zone plus selected artillery/missile/drone strikes
in case NATO continues to entertain funny ideas.
This would be a logical conclusion for a Special Military Operation
focused on precision strikes and a deliberate emphasis on sparing
civilian lives and infrastructure while methodically disabling the
Ukrainian military/logistics spectrum. All of that takes time. Yet
Russia may have all the time in the world, as we all keep listening to
the sound of the collective West spiraling down.

Biological warfare research in Ukraine
The Russian Federation has obtained materials indicating
that biological laboratories in Ukraine operating with
support from the Pentagon’s Defence Threat Reduction Agency
(DTRA) and its affiliated companies – Black and Veatch and
CH2M Hill – engaged in biological warfare research in
violation of Articles I and IV of the Convention on the
Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling
of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on
their Destruction (BTWC).
Joe Biden also thanked Senate leaders Chuck Schumer and Mitch McConnell
for their bipartisan support to affirm Sweden and Finland. “I greatly
appreciate Senator Schumer and McConnell’s support, as well as Senator
Menendez and Risch, to move this through the Senate as quickly as
possible once the perspective of all Allies are addressed and NATO
adopts the accession protocols,” he said.

Sitrep Operation Z: NATO surrenders in
Azovstal

The laboratories conducted research into dangerous and
highly dangerous pathogens in the interests of the
Pentagon’s National Centre for Medical Intelligence, with
the BSL-3 Central Reference Laboratory based at Ukraine’s
Mechnikov Anti-Plague Research Institute in Odessa playing
the key role in these programmes.
The following research centres were also actively involved
in their implementation:
– State Scientific and Research Institute of Laboratory
Diagnostics and Veterinary and Sanitary Expertise, Institute
of Veterinary Medicine of the Academy of Agrarian Sciences,
and the Central Sanitary and Epidemiological Station of the
Ukrainian Ministry of Health in Kiev;
– Research Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene of the
Ukrainian Ministry of Health, State Laboratory of Veterinary
Medicine, and Regional Centre for Disease Control and
Prevention of the Ukrainian Ministry of Health in Lvov;
– State Regional Laboratory of Veterinary Medicine in Dnepr;
– Regional Centre for Disease Control and Prevention in
Kherson;
– Sanitary and Epidemiological Station Laboratory in
Ternopol;
– Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Centre of the
Ukrainian Ministry of Health in Uzhgorod;
– Regional Laboratory Centre of the Ukrainian Ministry of
Health in Vinnitsa;
– National Scientific Centre Institute of Experimental and
Clinical Veterinary Medicine in Kharkov.
Thirty Ukrainian laboratories in 14 cities were involved in
full-scale biological warfare research in Ukraine. The
registration card of the relevant programme was signed by
Deputy State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of
Ukraine Viktor Polishchuk. The legal framework was provided
by the Agreement between the Department of Defenсe of the
United States of America and the Ministry of Health of
Ukraine Concerning Cooperation in the Area of Prevention of
Proliferation of Technology, Pathogens and Expertise That
Could be Used in the Development of Biological Weapons. The
RC determined the commissioner of the work – the Pentagon’s
Defence Threat Reduction Agency – and a list of biological
facilities.
The employees working with dangerous pathogens in Ukraine
were US citizens who had diplomatic immunity. The group
included biological weapons experts; they established
contacts with Ukrainians, who were previously involved in
Soviet biological warfare programmes. For example, Project
UP-8 studying the Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever and
Hantaviruses is evidence that all serious high-hazard
research was directly supervised by US specialists.
The documents obtained allow us to state that the Ukrainian
biological laboratories (including divisions of the Central
Sanitary and Epidemiological Directorate of the Ukrainian
Defence Ministry) engaged in activities aimed at enhancing
the pathogenic properties of agents inducing plague,
anthrax, tularaemia, cholera, and other deadly diseases,
using synthetic biology methods.
On February 24, 2022, the Ukrainian Health Ministry publicly
issued instructions to immediately dispose of the reserves
of dangerous and especially dangerous pathogens stored at
biological facilities, which proves that the Kiev regime did
try to sweep any traces of these operations under the
carpet. The review of the disposal statements confirmed that
these facilities worked with the plague, anthrax,
leptospirosis, and brucellosis agents. In the Lvov
laboratory alone, they destroyed 232 containers of
leptospirosis agents, 30 of tularemia, 10 of brucellosis,
and 5 containing plague pathogens, and in total, over 320
containers. This inventory, coupled with the excessive
quantity of pathogens, demonstrates that we are dealing here
with biological weapons programmes carried out in violation
of Article 1 of the BWC.
We also obtained evidence that two biological laboratories
in Mariupol were working with the Pentagon. The preliminary
review of the remaining documents showed that Mariupol
served as a regional hub for collecting and classifying
cholera agents. The selected strains were then transferred
to the Public Health Centre in Kiev, which then forwarded
these biological samples to the United States. Carried out
since 2014, this activity is evidenced by statements
confirming the transfer of the strains. Why did it start in
2014? The reason lies in the anti-constitutional coup. It
upended Ukraine’s independence in making decisions, and
overseeing and analysing activities of this kind. People
from the United States, Canada and other NATO countries
flocked to Ukraine to take charge of the main domestic,
foreign policy and economic activity and everything related
to defence, military and strategic affairs, etc.
A statement was discovered in a sanitary and epidemiological
laboratory. Dated February 25, 2022, it provides for the
disposal of a collection of pathogenic microorganisms,
demonstrating that the facility worked with cholera,
tularemia, and anthrax agents.
In the rush to dispose of the inventory, part of it remained
in this veterinary laboratory. The fact that it contained
agents that are not typically found in livestock, such as
typhoid, paratyphoid, and gas gangrene, is quite perplexing.
This could mean that this laboratory, too, took part in the
biological weapons programme.
We have every reason to assert that the DTRA focused its
operations in Ukraine on collecting strains of dangerous
microorganisms and exporting them to the United States, as
well as studying naturally occurring agents in this region,
which can be transmitted to people, with the aim of
potentially using them in biological weapons. In 2020, two
mobile laboratories arrived in Donbass in order to collect
biological samples from the local population, primarily in
the country’s eastern regions, and study them. Black and
Veatch acted as DTRA’s contractor in this project.
It was with DTRA’s support that the laboratories in Kiev,
Kharkov and Odessa in Ukraine took part in the UP-4 project
before 2020 to study the transmission of especially
dangerous infections (highly pathogenic influenza A H5N1,
which has a mortality rate of over 50 percent for humans, as
well as the Newcastle Disease, which affects poultry) by
wild birds migrating between Ukraine, Russia and other
Eastern European countries.
In addition, the documents we obtained show that the United
States planned to work on bird, bat and reptile pathogens in
Ukraine this year, followed by a study of whether they could
transmit the African swine fever and anthrax (P-781, UP-2,
UP-9, UP-10 projects). This was a system-wide research
effort carried out since at least 2009 and controlled
directly by US specialists as part of projects P-382, P-444
and P-568. DTRA’s office head at the US embassy in Kiev was
among those overseeing this activity.
One of the goals of the UP-2 project consisted of locating
places where animal carcasses had been buried and collecting
soil samples from burial sites of cattle infected with
anthrax. The epidemiological situation in Ukraine as far as
anthrax was concerned was quite positive, which begs the
question: What was the Pentagon actually looking for? I
would like to remind all geography buffs out there in NATO
(we saw incredible people who thought that the Baltic and
the Black seas form one big lake) that the United States
does not share a border with Ukraine. Even if they want to
find one, it is still not there. Attempts by the Pentagon to
present this as a national security concern are groundless
and do not hold water. But what was the Pentagon doing in
the Ukrainian biological laboratories in the first place?
The fact that the US military biologists were so keen to
study disease-transmitting insects near cattle burial sites
was not a coincidence, since during the 2016 anthrax
outbreak in Russia there were cases where flies, including
horseflies, transmitted the disease.
In addition, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation
discovered three drones, equipped with 30-litre containers
and sprays, in the Kherson Region on March 9, 2022. In late
April 2022, they discovered 10 more devices of this kind
near Kakhovka, after Russia released documents demonstrating
Ukraine’s attempts to obtain drones equipped with sprays
from the maker of the Bayraktars.
More than 4,000 people took part in studies under project
UP-8. According to the Bulgarian media, some 20 Ukrainian
soldiers died and 200 were hospitalised in the Kharkov
laboratory alone during the experiments. The United States
cannot carry out this activity on its own territory, so its
military carry it out abroad. Where? Where they can, where
there are no laws, where there is nobody to implement or
enforce the law. This happened to be Ukraine.
It is an established fact that potentially dangerous
biological agents were tested on the most vulnerable social
group – patients at Kharkov’s regional psychiatric hospital
No. 3. We have evidence describing in detail the Pentagon’s
inhuman experiments with Ukrainian citizens at psychiatric
hospital No. 1 (Strelechye, Kharkov Region).
The research results on the spread of dangerous deadly
diseases like cholera, smallpox, anthrax, and botulinum
toxins, were sent to military biological centres in the
United States. These include the US Army Medical Research
Institute of Infectious Diseases, Walter Reed Army Institute
of Research, Naval Medical Research Centre, as well as US
Army Biological Warfare Laboratories at Fort Detrick, which
used to be the key facilities in the US biological weapons
programme. The US virologists focused on analysing the
obtained samples to identify gene mutations in the agents
and assess their virulence, pathogenic power and resistance
to treatment.
Incidentally, about 2,000 blood serum samples taken from
Ukrainian citizens of predominantly Slavic ethnic background
have been sent to the United States, the United Kingdom and
Germany. More than 140 containers with bat ectoparasites
such as fleas and ticks have been transferred to Germany.
The programmes were financed either directly under DTRA
contracts with private American companies (mainly СН2М Hill)
as part of the Defence Department’s project to counter
especially dangerous pathogens in Ukraine until 2024, or
through the Science and Technology Centre in Ukraine.
Overall, more than $1.5 billion has been allocated for the
implementation of bioprojects over the past 10 years. In
particular, the Rosemont Seneca investment fund with
financial resources of at least $2.4 billion has been
involved in financing this activity. At the same time, it
has been found to be closely linked with the main Pentagon
contractors, including Metabiota, which, along with Black
and Veatch, is the main equipment supplier for Pentagon’s
biolabs across the world.
According to reports, DTRA informed the Pentagon in early
March that the facilities in Ukraine used by US biological
research programmes were a growing danger for European
countries due to the hostilities on Ukrainian territory.
Worse still, the experiments with dangerous and highly
dangerous pathogens carried out in Ukraine in the interests
of the Pentagon had long been attracting attention from
Ukrainian nationalist groups. In case of a military defeat,
the nationalists could use those materials to implement the
so-called scorched earth tactic, which was an additional
threat.
Furthermore, during the special military operation, Russia
obtained materials that evidenced the deliberate use, in
2020, of a multidrug-resistant tuberculosis pathogen to
infect the population, including minors, in the
Slavyanoserbsky District of the LPR by distributing flyers
that looked like counterfeit banknotes. According to the
Lugansk Republican Sanitary and Epidemiological Station
report, “… the banknotes have most likely been infected
artificially because the sample contains extremely dangerous
strains in a concentration that can ensure infection and the
development of the tuberculosis process.” The chief
physician of the Lugansk Republican TB Prevention Centre has
confirmed in a letter that “there are all signs of
deliberate, man-made contamination of flyers with highly
pathogenic biomaterial.” Do you know what they are testing
the Ukrainians’ samples for in the EU? Tuberculosis. Why?
Because they know what NATO agencies have been doing there.
DTRA has proposed to the Pentagon chiefs to take additional
measures to monitor the epidemiological situation in Ukraine
and neighbouring European countries. In case of any
infection outbreaks, the recommendation is to immediately
accuse the Russian Armed Forces of “attacking research and
medical institutions,” or blame “Russian sabotage groups.”
They have already established the necessary communication
channels with the Pentagon’s partners in Hungary, Poland,
Romania and Slovakia.
According to available information, DTRA demanded that the
Ukrainian ministries of defence and health ensure the
guaranteed destruction of all remaining materials from the
bio-research projects in Ukraine. The people who are now in
the EU countries, many of them suffering from tuberculosis,
are not victims of airstrikes on Ukrainian research centres
used by the Pentagon. They weren’t subjected to any of that.
They are just carriers. Because the United States has been
carrying out that activity on the territory of the country
where they lived. DTRA was afraid the international
community would interpret the information about the results
of their experiments as a violation of the BTWC by the
United States. Most of the documents have been removed from
the labs in Kiev, Odessa and Kharkov to the Research
Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene and American
diplomatic institutions in Lvov.
The materials obtained by the Russian Federation suggest an
unambiguous conclusion that private American companies
affiliated with the Pentagon had been supporting the
development of bioweapons in labs on the territory of

We are preparing to invoke the mechanisms of Articles 5 and
6 of the BTWC, according to which the states parties must
consult one another and cooperate in solving any problems
that may arise in relation to the purpose of the Convention
or the implementation of its provisions, as well as
cooperate in any investigation of possible violations of
BTWC obligations.

Dmitry Polyansky says it differently: “I didn’t know English
has so many ways to express a single message: the #Azovnazis
have unconditionally surrendered.”
Nightfall did not stop the surrender process. Ukrainians are
still surrendering in crowds without stopping. Sufficient
forces to deal with this are on the terrain and the Ministry
of Internal Affairs of the DPR are kicking ass and taking
prisoners.
Illumination rockets are constantly launched into the sky,
which at least somehow facilitates the crawling out of
underground inhabitants :)
These invincible heroes are emaciated, ragged, hungry and a
pitiful sight.
Donetsk Defense HQ – 962 Azovnazis surrendered and the
process continues. In the meantime, 11 servicemen of the
25th airborne brigade and seventeen of the 54th mechanized
brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine voluntarily laid down
their arms and went over to the side of the DPR. We hope
this is the start of a mass surrender.
I also bet there are a lot more roosters still hiding in that hen house
at Azovstal. I guess we are supposed to believe this guy got tired in
retirement and just wandered over there to keep a hand in. Like an old
lawyer doing some consulting work. Nothing more than that. No official
connections to anyone back in DC. No juice to rain fire down on nuthin.
This is denazification and movies will be made and books
will be written. After this major loss of prestige, expect a
doozy of a false flag.

THIS is how absurd the conversation is getting now.
Firstly, politically, the West has finally understood that
it cannot execute regime change in Moscow. Its pipedream of replacing
the highly popular President Putin with is CIA stooge Navalny is not
going to happen. As for the West’s puppet-president in Kiev, he is only
a creature of Washington and its oligarchs. A professional actor, he is
unable to speak for himself, but is a spokesman for the NATO which he
loves.
Secondly, economically, the West faces serious resistance to the 6,000
sanctions it has imposed on Russia and Russians. Those sanctions have
backfired. In the West, we can testify to this every time we buy fuel or
food. The combination of high inflation (10% +) and even higher energy
prices, caused almost solely by these illegal anti-Russian sanctions,
are threatening the collapse of Western economies, much more than
threatening Russia or China. As a result of this reverse effect of
sanctions against Russia, the rouble is at a three-year high, standing
at about 64 to the US dollar and rising, though immediately after the
sanctions it had briefly gone down to 150 to the dollar.
After strenuously denying that they would do it, already most countries
in Europe (at least 17 for now), including Germany and Italy, have
agreed to open accounts with Gazprombank, as Russia advised them to do
and to pay for oil and gas in roubles. And this number is growing by the
week. The problems will be even greater with food shortages, as the
world food chain is highly integrated and the agricultural production of
Russia and the Ukraine (now controlled by Russia) is at least 40% of the
world’s grain production. Just days ago it was announced that Russia
expects record grain production this year (130 million tonnes). Russia
may yet demand payment in roubles for all this as well.
The sanctions against Russia have divided Europe and are threatening to
divide NATO. President Erdogan of Turkey, a NATO member, has announced
that he would veto the entry to NATO of Finland and Sweden into NATO. At
the same time, Russia has announced that it will cut off Finland’s
natural gas supply. Swedish leaders are re-thinking their entry to NATO.
Thirdly, militarily, it is clear that the Ukraine, with huge numbers of
desertions and surrenders, has no chance of winning the war against
Russia. Most of its military equipment has already been wiped out and
newly-delivered and often antiquated Western equipment will make little
difference, even if it is not destroyed by Russian missiles as soon as
it reaches the Ukraine. The conflict could now be over within weeks,
rather than months. The US ‘Defense Secretary’ (= Minister for Offense),
Lloyd Austin, has desperately called the Russian Defence Minister Sergey
Shoigu to beg for a ceasefire. Would you agree to a ceasefire when in
less than three months and with only 10% of your military forces you
have already occupied an area greater than England inside the Ukraine,
an area that produces 75% of Ukrainian GDP?
The panic of financial disaster in the West has begun to set in. As a
result, the French President Macron has told President Zelensky (that
is, told Washington) to give up part of Ukraine’s sovereignty and at
last start serious negotiations with Russia. Macron is also trying to
free French mercenaries from Azovstal in Mariupol, but the problem is
much bigger than this, as the whole of Europe is facing economic
meltdown. And the Italian Prime Minister, Mario Draghi, has asked
President Biden to contact President Putin and ‘give peace a chance’.
Note that Mario Draghi is a former president of the European Central
Bank and a Goldman Sachs puppet – just as Macron is a Rothschild puppet.
The problem in a nutshell. Today the average European Leader
dreams of becoming a Rothschild puppet; the above-average ones even
dream of becoming a director in the Phoenician House of Rothschild, the highest rank
ever bestowed on a retired EU politician namely, British prime minister
T.Bliar.
