Our political class does not have the will to punish the guilty. We are only good at giving paper proofs instead of replying militarily but when it comes to dealing with those caught by our armed forces, we give royal treatment to terrorists at over expense.. India's future generation will only be of impotents and eunuchs. And as for Dawood is concerned it is better if Pak does'nt hand over him to India.
