Mahmood Ahmadinezhahd is born Mahmoud Saborjhian on October 28, 1956.

Officially Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is a Twelver Shiite. He believes in the return of the Mahdi, a Messiah like figure who is the Twelfth imam in the line of Ali and rightful successor to the Caliphate. But look at 'sabour jian' which means tallit weaver.
