Rashid Rauf works for the security services?
The alleged ringleader of the alleged plot to blow up multiple transatlantic airliners using liquid explosives is Rashid Rauf.

Rashid Rauf is reportedly involved with the Lashkar-e-Toiba group which reportedly is linked to the Pakistan secret service ISI which reportedly works with the CIA and British intelligence.

Apparently, Robert James Queriol Evelegh Murat (Robert Murat) could be a descendent of Thomas Maynard - the first English Consul of Lisbon and Oporto.
6. In January 2008, the Daily Mail reported that Robert Murat and another Ocean Club property developer, Angus Symington bore an 'astonishing likeness' to each other. 4
The story was used to raise doubt about the reliability of the eight Tapas witnesses placing Robert Murat at the Ocean Club on the evening of May 3rd 2007.

The police were understood to have taken in for questioning Sergey Malinka, 22, a man of Russian origin, from whose property officers also took away a laptop computer and twohard drives.Malinka had set up a website for Murat and the two exchanged frequent phone calls since Madeleine's disappearance — the reason the authorities started suspecting him.[41][42]
Malinka denied he had contacted Murat, and said he was "completely innocent".[44]Inconsistencies in his account of his relationship with Robert Murat emerged: he had said he had not contacted Murat in a year but Murat’smobile phonerecords allegedly show he called Mr Malinka at 23:40 on the night Madeleine went missing.[45][46]
3. MURAT SEEN OUTSIDE THE HOLIDAY COMPLEX
Detectives from the Polícia Judiciária questioned three friends of the McCanns who were dining with them at the time of the disappearance, Rachael Oldfield, Russell O'Brien and Fiona Payne, "to go over their accounts of events on 3 May". The three were also brought face to face with Murat.[50] As a result of the interviews, police examined discrepancies between statements from the three friends and that from Murat, in particular claims from the friends that they saw Murat outside the holiday complex on the night of the disappearance when he had stated that he was at home with his mother.[50]
Two sisters, Annie Wiltshire and Jayne Jensen, have told police they saw Robert Murat outside Madeleine McCann's apartment about 10.30 on the night she vanished. (SISTERS TELL POLICE: WE SAW MURAT NEAR THE APARTMENT)
This means eight witnesses saw Murat near the apartment that night and 'blows to bits' Murat's alibi that he was at his mother's house the entire night Madeleiene went missing.
On the afternoon of May 3, the day Madeleine vanished, the two sisters noticed two men acting suspiciously on the ground floor balcony of an apparently empty apartment overlooking the swimming pool of the complex where Madeleine had been staying.
At around 10.30 in the evening of May 3, the two sisters noticed a man standing and smoking a cigarette in the reception area.
The following day the two sisters went to the local police to report the two suspicious-looking men.
As the police walked with the sisters towards the apartment, where the two men had been seen, Murat offered his services as a translator. The two sisters recognised Murat as the smoking man from the previous evening.
The two sisters invited Murat for a drink. One sister, Jayne Jensen told police she thought Murat’s behaviour was strange, and her suspicions were further aroused when he said he needed to change his clothes because he had been wearing the same outfit all day.
He was dressed in a navy blue T-shirt and jeans, he was very sweaty, and his comment was, ‘I must go and shower and change, I’ve been in these clothes all day.’
Michaela's estranged husband Luis Antonio, a pool cleaner who worked at the resort where Madeleine McCann vanished.
A woman has told detectives from the Spanish Metodo 3 agency that Michaela Walczuch, 34, handed over a girl looking like Madeleine to a man in a car just two days after Madeleine vanished.
The witness said Walczuch took the child from her car and bundled her into the other car in central Portugal, 90 miles away from the resort of Praia da Luz.

"There is no published evidence that Madeleine’s DNA, or any trace of her blood, has been recovered from the apartment or the car...
"I heard that a PJ officer had been surprised to find a member of MI5 at a UK meeting about the case, and this made him suspicious that shadowy forces could be at work.
"The Sol journalist Felicia Cabrita mentioned the 'mysterious Clarence' – Clarence Mitchell, the former government PR officer turned McCann spokesman – and I was told there was suspicion too about another government official, Sheree Dodd, who had acted as a PR officer for the McCanns briefly in the early days..."

Murat went to Praia da Luz, while the other man stayed near Lagos city. Questioned about this detail, Portuguese CID refused to comment...
One of those witnesses noticed that a person who was on the pictures, talking with Robert Murat and following a canine unit of GNR (Portuguese Rural Police) was also in several web pages, but near Gerry McCann, Madeleine and the twins.
The picture (1) was taken before Madeleine was kidnapped, and is clear that the place is inside the Ocean Resort. The man in question, with shaved hair, sunglasses and strongly build, appears in several photos, published in British and Spanish newspapers, among Police officers and close to Robert Murat. Our question to Portuguese CID about this man received the same answer: no comments, details of the investigation are covered by Secrecy Law.

"WMR can also confirm that the Bush administration's cozying up to the Sudanese government (which once provided Osama Bin Laden safe haven) is another indication that the Bush family continues to engage in joint financial activities with Osama Bin Laden.
"It is likely that Sudan's southern Christian rebel leader John Garang was encouraged to enter into a peace agreement with Khartoum in a ploy for him to let down his guard. Just days after Garang became Sudan's Vice President, he was killed in a suspicious helicopter crash along the Ugandan-Sudanese border, an area where Pentagon Special Operations forces are present. As Vice President, Garang was in a position to discover Bin Laden's past and present activities in Sudan, including those that involve Bush family interests.
"While Sudan claims it no longer has any relations with Osama Bin Laden, it can now be revealed that Osama Bin Laden continues to operate the Al Shamal Islamic Bank in Sudan that was identified by the State Department in 1996 as being linked to Al Qaeda and Bin Laden.
"The 'Al Qaeda' leader invested $50 million in the bank. The bank was used in 1993 to transfer $210,000 to a bank in Tucson, Arizona to finance the purchase of a plane to fly Stinger missiles from Pakistan to Sudan. The plane was flown to Khartoum. (According to the French intelligence report, Bin Laden was still under U.S. and British intelligence control at the time of the plane purchase and in 1993 Sudan was on the State Department's state sponsors of terrorism list).
"It is significant that Al Shamal's assets were never frozen by the United States nor was it designated a terrorist-related organization. The Sudanese claim that Al Shamal is no longer in operation and the Bush administration has not countered these claims."
"The Bin Laden drug network also intersects with Geneva-based financial entities established by George H. W. Bush while he was CIA director and Vice President and President of the United States.

Rees-Mogg explains that Mena, in Arkansas, was the centre for cocaine coming into the US in the 1980s.

"... Deputy Prosecutor Charles Black... knows of witnesses who will testify that planes loaded with guns went to South America and returned loaded with drugs.
“Certain DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) agents have stated that the late convicted smuggler Barry Seal was flying weapons to Central America in violation of US foreign policy and, in return, the federal government secretly allowed Seal to smuggle drugs back into the United States.
"Congressman Bill Hughes’s Sub-Committee on Crime had learnt independently that at the time Seal was working on the famous Nicaraguan ‘Sting’ operation for the DEA and the CIA in 1984, he was still running drugs. Sources in Mena indicate that smuggling activities at Meana continued after Seal’s murder in 1986 and are still continuing . . .”
CIA pilot Barry Seal who reportedly had links to the Bush and Clinton families and to drug smuggling.
Rees-Mogg makes the following points:
1. Seal was murdered by Colombian gunmen while in federal custody.
2. Barry Seal was a billionaire. According to Ambrose Evans-Pritchard in The Sunday Telegraph of October 9, 1994, one of Seal's associates claimed that between 1980 and his murder in 1986, Seal imported 36 metric tonnes of cocaine, three tonnes of heroin and 104 tonnes of marijuana.
3. A Little Rock private detective, Jerry Parks, was a friend of Seal. In the 1992 presidential campaign, Parks was Clinton’s security chief in Little Rock. In 1991, Mrs Parks discovered that the boot of her husband's car was full of $100 bills. Mrs Parks accused her husband of running drugs. Parks said that Vince Foster, Bill Clinton’s lawyer, paid him $1,000 in cash for each trip. In 1993 Parks was shot dead. In 1993, Vince Foster was found dead in Fort Marcy Park, Virginia.
The Bush and Clinton families reportedly have close links to the CIA.
4. The Seal operation was related to the policy of arming the Contras.
5. Clinton did not respond to the concerns that were expressed to him, by Congressman Alexander and others.
Some of Clinton's friends and financial supporters, such as Dan Lasater, the Arkansas bond salesman, were involved in the drugs business.
"There is ample evidence to support the charge that he (Clinton) neglected his duties as Governor to enforce the law."
