Obama's Executive Order merely relates to treatment of "an individual in the custody or under the effective control of an officer, employee, or other agent of the United States Government, or detained within a facility owned, operated, or controlled by a department or agency of the United States, in any armed conflict…"

This means that it does not prohibit direct torture by Americans outside environments of "armed conflict," which is where much torture happens anyway since many repressive regimes aren’t in armed conflict.

6. The USA can still pay, train, equip and guide foreign torturers, and see to it that they, and their US patrons, don’t face local or international justice.

7. This is a return to the torture regime of Ford through Clinton, which, year by year, often produced more torture than was produced during the Bush/Cheney years.

8. In Guatemala under Bush Sr. and Clinton, the US backed the army’s G-2 death squad which kept comprehensive files on dissidents and then electroshocked them or cut off their hands.

9. It was a similar story in Bush Sr. and Clinton’s Haiti where the DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency) helped launch the terrorist group FRAPH, the CIA paid its leader, and FRAPH itsef laid the machetes on Haitian civilians, torturing and killing as US proxies.

10. In today’s Thailand, special police and militaries get US gear and training for things like “target selection” and then go out and torture Thai Malay Muslims in the rebel deep south, and also sometimes (mainly Buddhist) Burmese refugees and exploited northern and west coast workers.

Various reports implicate Đukanović in doing business with different Mafia bosses like Neapolitan Camorra's Ciro Mazzarella who was arrested in 1993 in Lugano.[6]

Since then, other mafia figures like Francesco Prudentino, Gerardo Cuomo, Filippo Messina operated out of Montenegro closely tied to Đukanović's government.[7]

According to The Wall Street Journal, 10 October 2008, US authorities are investigating a wire transfer of funds originating with UC Rusal and passing through Barclays PLC offices in New York and London.

Some of the funds ended up with Deripaska consultants in Washington who are being investigated for possible money laundering or other crimes.

One of Deripaska’s top financial advisers is Nat Rothschild, who is co-chairman of a New York hedge fund and a friend of Mandelson’s.

Many Americans believe that Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda carried out the 9 11 attacks.

Their 'proof' involves what the media tells them.

There is an assumption that the media does not lie about such an important issue.


Sometimes the media tells the truth; but then the newspaper gets taken over.


But, what if the 'proposition' or assumtion that the media would not lie turns out to be impossible to prove.

What if, as a result of Operation Mockingbird, much of the media is controlled by the CIA?

Newsweek reported that five of the 9 11 'hijackers', or people with the same names as the 'hijackers', had been trained at US military bases. Daniel Hopsicker reported that Atta and several other 'hijackers' learnt to fly at an airfield in Venice Florida, long used for CIA operations. The BBC reported on the close business and personal relations between the bin Ladens and the Bush family.

But how do you 'prove' that Newsweek and Hopsicker and the BBC got it right?

4. Elections are not rigged.

And Jewish oligarchs have not tried to loot the USA.

6. The Muslim Brotherhood and al Qaeda are not used by the CIA to do their dirty work.

7. The CIA did not put Saddam and the Ayatollahs into power.

8. The CIA did not bring down PanAm 103 over Lockerbie.

9. The CIA and its friends were not the people who carried out the London Tube bombings, the Bali Bombings, the Madrid Bombings and the Mumbai Attacks.

10. There is no alliance of Jewish fascists, Christian Fascists, Moslem fascists and other fascists who are attempting to keep some sort of feudal system in place worldwide.

Among the points made:

1. The London Times, on 23 January 2009 (article) reported that Société Générale rogue trader Jérôme Kerviel profited enormously on the day of the 7/7 London bombings.

He has also revealed how his company made huge profits on 9 11.

This raises the question of insider foreknowledge of both terrorist attacks.

2. The article states:

“The best trading day in the history of Société Générale was September 11, 2001,” he said. “At least, that’s what one of my managers told me. It seems that profits were colossal that day.

“I had a similar experience during the London attacks in July 2005.”

A few days earlier he had bet on a fall in the share price of Allianz, the German insurance giant, he told Le Parisien. Everyone was losing money when the 7/7 bombings sent the insurance sector into a downward spiral “except for me”, he said. “Thanks to the positions I had, I earned €500,000 in a few minutes. It was the jackpot. I was jubilant.”

After the celebrations Mr Kerviel said he paused for thought. “I understood that I was having fun when people had just been hit by the bombs. I ran to the toilet and I was sick. But the moment of weakness did not last long. I went back into the trading room and I returned to work.”

3. In 2008, Kerviel was charged in the Société Générale trading loss incident which cost the financial services company an estimated €4.9 billion.

4. In the days before 9 11, 'put options' were placed in large quantities against American and United Airliners.

The investigation as to who was responsible for authorizing the transactions led directly back to former CIA director Buzzy Krongard.

5. In the case of the London bombings, the pound fell 6 per cent against the dollar for no apparent reason in the days before the attack.

"Currencies of established countries simply do not fall that fast based upon any kind of economic or financial analysis," said a 35 year veteran economist. "Somebody – somewhere – knew something. Or maybe I should say 'somebodies.'"

It is considered that such anomalous activity betrays prior knowledge of the incidents.

6. We have seen other suspicious trading incidents dovetailing with foiled terror attacks.

Specifically, in August 2006, surrounding the infamous "liquid bomb plot".

And one year later in August 2007 with the so-called "Bin Laden trades" when a mystery trader placed 245,000 put options on the Dow Jones Eurostoxx 50 index.

Mossad falls out with certain generals in Turkey?

Should Turkey be friends with Israel, Russia, Iran, the USA...?

1. For many years, Turkey has suffered from terrorism from a group called Ergenekon.

Ergenekon has been linked to Mossad, the CIA, NATO and elements of the Turkish military.

Reportedly, the aim of Ergenekon has been to allow fascist forces to control Turkey.

These fascists may not all agree about policy towards Israel, Russia, Iran and the USA.

Ergenekon is a Gladio-style operation.

2. Mysteriously, there have recently been many arrests of Turks who are alleged to be Ergenekon operatives.

This may signal that Mossad and its friends have fallen out with certain Ergenekon generals.

It may signal that the Turkish government is fed up with Mossad and the CIA using Ergenekon to carry out acts of terrorism.

There may be a split within Ergenekon.

3. In early January 2009, the Turkish daily Milliyet stated that a report had found that "Mossad has been behind the Ergenekon plot to topple the Turkish government."

Fars news reported that Investigators uncovered evidence that a Jewish rabbi named Tuncay Guney, who worked for Mossad and fled to Canada in 2004, was a key figure behind attempts to overthrow the Turkish government.

Sabah daily reported that Guney infiltrated Ergenekon and another organization known as JITEM, an illegal intelligence unit linked with the police and suspected of hundreds of murders and kidnappings.

Turkish daily Yeni Safak has claimed that Turkish security forces have discovered documents in Guney’s Istanbul house that disclose information concerning suspicious investment and economic activities by certain Jewish businessmen in Turkey.

The businessmen allegedly have significant relations with individuals, political groups and cultural organizations affiliated with the Ergenekon group.

Turkish security forces have detained many members of the Ergenekon group, including retired army generals, politicians, popular lawyers and famous journalists. The individuals currently face trail on charges of plotting to overthrow Turkish Prime Minister, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

4. On 22 January 2009, Prof. Dr. Umit Ozdag stated that the United States is the real power behind the Ergenekon Operation in Turkey. (Nationalist Prof. Ozdag: The US is Behind the Ergenekon Operation)

Mr. Ozdag said "The US aims to establish a federal Turkey instead of unitary Turkish state".

Prof. Ozdag claimed that the European Union (EU) too makes efforts to shift Turkey's unitary state into an ethnic based federal Turkey state.

5. A report in Turkish Weekly, 23 January 2009, suggests that some Ergenekon people may have turned against the USA and Israel. (Ergenekon's Foreign Policy Guide)

According to a writer in Turkish Weekly:

"Most of the Ergenekon members are anti-Semitic.

"They claim that the MOSSAD has played a very dirty role in Turkish politics and aimed to divide the country into poles."

6. Perhaps Ergenekon's problems are caused by a split within Ergenekon.

Israel may be outing anti-Israel members of Ergenekon?

Or anti-Israel members of Ergenekon may be outing pro-Israel members of Ergenekon?

7. In Newsweek and other publications, Turkish analyst Soner Çağaptay has written articles which oppose the trial of the Ergenekon generals.

This would suggest that Mossad has not fallen out with the generals in Turkey.

1. In August 2009, Karadzic told the UN court that Richard Holbrooke, the former United States Assistant Secretary of State, granted him immunity from prosecution in 1995.

In court, Karadzic accused Holbrooke and others of trying to "liquidate" him.

It has been alleged that Slobodan Milosevic, the former Serbian President and ally of Karadzic, was murdered by agents of the USA.

2. Mohammad Sacirbey, former Bosnian foreign minster, says that US diplomat Richard Holbrooke did make a deal with Serb leader Radavan Karadzic.

Sacirbey says that top US diplomat, Robert Frowick, head of the OSCE mission in Bosnia in 1996 was his source for the information of the Holbrooke-Karadzic deal.

3. Holbrook is linked to the East Timor genocide.

Holbrook was the US government's expert on Indonesia.

Holbrooke was Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs under Kissinger.

Ford and Kissinger gave Indonesia's Suharto the green light to invade East Timor in 1975.

Consequently, up to half the population of East Timor were wiped out.
