Fake news likewise is too easily neutralized suggesting just a bias, or just a few mistajes. I suggest popularizing a more general term, or more terms, of which false flag is only one subcategory, for media completly transformed into fiction, say using news to a create a totally false reality for the masses by totally scripted false events, political theater, to advance a “narative” to brainwash, ie creating an “illusion.” “Deliberately Infantilizing the public” by withholdind the accurate news. Deliberately creating a veil instead of helping lifting it. Reporting or attempting to get the public to imagine a naive Pollyanna world instead of news. News has become an informational sales promotion to get the public to buy into a progressive nazi world view, with the additional benefit of even more adds to sell products. There are better word smiths out there, but what is needed is a term or phrase that communicates the forces the listener to understand what’s so important about it. Maybe a contest with a modest prize would even be effective to the greater purpose.

Seems like that needs to be the refrain for those questioning supporting the costs and possible risks, both of which apparantly are huge.
