A single person cant “give” this technology to anyone. It is a team effort, and it takes time. Google wasnt formed by two casual dudes. It was constant development of a platform, even if it was stolen from Nimix or Eclypse.

I am more incline to believe that this was done under the full approval of hidden government actors.
