scirel, We don’t trust all the sources you have posted here. We will leave them up as there might be some info to glean from them, but we caution everyone to be discerning and demand to see evidence, not just wild speculation or spin.

So a show was broadcast today about the same time I wrote this:

Kirk Pendergrass had a copy of the “charges” and set to show them as fraudulent. Took him about a minute to establish this.

As best I could pick up, the warrant’s provenance is still questionable. Kirk mentioned there is no court seal? WTF? It said three times that the “crimes” were committed by FM in Florida, and FM wasn’t even there. The criminal complaint was written on a Family Law form. This is getting freaky.

FM called in to the show (about the 57min mark). He says he is fine, and he sounded in good spirits despite the circumstances.

So it sounds as if the arrest is confirmed now, even if there are still all kinds of questions swirling around this one…
