He told me that if for no other reason based upon the Biblical fact that we have only been here for say 6000 years, based upon his expertise in gold and silver production and availablity, the amount of manpower, material resources and time necessary to make 21 million tons of gold available is an impossibity because it would involve all humanity globally on a full time based even if it were to do nothing else with 6000 years to the “n”th power to do it.

While it might seem naive to some, Reich choose to direct his written concerns regarding his orgone energy research results directly to President Eisenhower.
The White House response asked him to send such communications to the Air Force and to the CIA. As a result in October 1954, a letter articulating his observations of and concerns was sent to the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency — a career Naval Intelligence officer named Roscoe H. Hillenkotter. Reich would have had no way of knowing, but in more rarefied circles the Director was sometimes referred to by another title – ‘MJ-12’.

Not only had Reich inadvertently made contact with a member of the President’s ultra-secret UFO working group [Majestic-12], he had reached out to its top man. Was the information Reich supplied a contributing factor in Hillenkoetter’s becoming such a vocal opponent of UFO secrecy following his stepping down as Director?

One other plausible link between Reich and MJ-12. was Lewis W. Douglas. Reich refers to him briefly in Contact With Space as the “Director Savings and Loan” and as a close associate of President Eisenhower. He was also Director of Research for the Institute of Atmospheric Physics in Tucson and a man very interested in weather control. Their first contact dates from 1954 when Reich had his assistant — William Moise — attempt to contact Douglas and arrange a meeting with him.

It had not been Reich who suggested to Moise that he get in touch with Douglas. It had been Charles Gardner, Jr., Executive Secretary of the Advisory Committee on Weather Control for the Government. He was also the National Weather Bureau’s liaison with the Institute of Atmospheric Physics. Gardner had actually written to Moise on March 21, 1955 saying «we appreciate being informed of your activities.

Douglas’s secretary wrote up Moise’s calls in the form of memos. The first one read in part: “He {Moise} had just come from Washington and had spoken to people in the Dept. of Agriculture, Weather Bureau, and in Mr. Gardner’s office about weather control. They suggested that Mr. D {Douglas} might be interested in information he had.” But no answer was forthcoming until July 27 when Douglas cabled Moise, and Reich and Douglas began to correspond. They likely would have met in Tucson later that year, but Douglas had to be hospitalized for major surgery during the time Reich visited Arizona.

Douglas was known to be very close to Eisenhower and had a well-known interest in weather control. The Douglas-Moise Memo is dated July 14, 1954, only 10 days prior to the seminal National Archives‚ MJ-12 document, the Cutler-Twining Memo. Thomas reminds us that Robert Cutler had been with the CIA as a psyops (psychological operations) expert and instrumental in bringing Eisenhower’s Atoms for Peace to completion.

In his memo, Cutler informs USAF General Nathan Twining (‘MJ-4’) that a scheduled meeting is being changed and that the “Special Studies Project” would now meet ‘during the already scheduled White House meeting of July 16, rather than following it as previously intended.’ The actual reason for this change was that it insured President Eisenhower would be in attendance. The timing of this sequence of events might indicate that Douglas — as a member of Eisenhower’s ‘kitchen cabinet’ — may have been privy to or associated with the MJ-12 group. It would make sense that Douglas — one of the most powerful men in American politics at the time — would have known about MJ-12 if it existed.

Douglas — having been briefed about the meeting of MJ-12 members on July 16 at the White House — developed a more serious interest in Reich’s planned weather operations in Tucson. This would have explained the sudden change in attitude on July 27, 1955 when Douglas sent a telegram to Moise inviting further correspondence.

Reich’s point-of-view on UFOs shifted between 1953 and 1957. At first, he theorized they were benign observers. But then he gradually became convinced that either by intention or accident, they were contributing to the pollution accumulating in the atmosphere. Contact With Space — privately published after his 1957 death — documents early weather modification — or CORE (Cosmic Orgone Engineering) operations — and the 1954-55 cloudbusting expedition to Arizona.

The following day — October 11 — Reich authorized his friend, research associate, and son-in-law (who was a trained cloudbuster operator) to call the Air Technical Intelligence Command (ATIC) in Dayton, Ohio and make an appointment to discuss the application of advanced orgone techniques. Moise was in Ohio on his way to Arizona at the time. A meeting with a General Watson was agreed upon on for October 14. Over the phone, Watson asked Moise — if necessary — could their conference be continued into the evening?

Moise arrived at the facility early on the 14th where he was met by a Dr. Byers, a physicist employed by the command. Byers escorted Moise to the conference, also attended by a USAF Captain Hill and a civilian named Harry Haberer [6:8]. Asking where General Watson was, Moise was told that he was unable to attend. Angered, Moise left and returned to his Dayton motel. The next day, Moise received a phone call from Captain Hill conveying Watson’s apologies and was asked if the report could be made to ATIC Deputy Commander Colonel Wertenbaker. Moise agreed and they met later that day. Present were Captain Hill, Dr. Byers, Haberer and the Colonel.

Moise gave an oral presentation and all took notes except the Colonel. Feeling that this had been a significant meeting — that at least some breakthrough had been made in interesting a branch of the Government in Reich’s observations — Moise wrote that:

“The contact with Col. Wertenbaker was excellent throughout the conference. He was serious, intent and looked at me while I talked. He was the only one who did. His excitement increased as the report progressed.”

Several days later, the Colonel wrote to the Director of Intelligence for the Air Force (somehow this note ended up in the Food and Drug Administration’s case file on Reich). It read in part:

“General Watson did not talk personally to Mr. Moise, I am happy to say. But I interviewed this person … The information given us by Moise defies description and I’ll not attempt to give you the details … The Air Force will do well to avoid entanglements but what is absolutely necessary from the standpoint of good public relations.”

Dr. Byers, the physicist, told Moise that he was familiar with Reich’s work. Harry Haberer — the civilian in attendance — was described as working with the Air Force. Leaving Ohio, Moise continued on to Arizona. Meanwhile Reich, his son Peter, and several others were driving west as well.

Each vehicle carried an appropriate assortment of laboratory equipment and had a cloudbuster in tow. They arrived at the leased property 10 miles outside of Tucson on October 19, 1954. Once settled in, they commenced drawing operations, regularly observing the atmosphere with their meteorological instruments. Records were kept in accordance with strict scientific method. Individual journals were also kept.

Robert McCulloch — another trained cloudbuster operator — assisted Reich and Moise in the operation. Drawing began at the end of October. By November 7, moisture in the atmosphere had risen from the usual 15% to 65% — an unheard of relative humidity for Tucson. Drawing continued, mostly from the southwest direction. On November 7, the first clouds were forming thickly and soon covered the sky, indicating rain.

Weather modification was a subject of genuine interest to a number of military and civilian offices within the Eisenhower Administration. The Tucson-based Institute of Atmospheric Physics was founded in 1953 as a direct result of the President’s 1953 Advisory Committee on Weather Control. An atmospheric physicist with a background in Naval intelligence was appointed to the committee as Associate Director and at some point during that November or December may have met Reich.

His name was Dr. James E. McDonald. He is known to be another scientist of great courage and passion. Eva Reich recalled that McDonald had visited the cloudbusting site when a TV crew came to film their operations. And that both he and Reich had been interviewed for the report. But the footage was never aired.

From what we know of Dr. McDonald, there is every likelihood he would have had cause for serious interest in at least 2 areas of Reich’s work. Still, we do not know conclusively whether the two actually met and possibly talked that day. Or whether their paths had merely crossed on the edge of that desert. But there is the additional factor to consider as well — that at the time McDonald was working closely with and for the previously-discussed Lew Douglas.

Investigative author Jim Martin was able to locate color film from the 1950s in the University of Arizona’s Physics and atmospheric Science Building showing Air Force jets being used in weather modification experiments as Reich himself had wondered about. These and other such findings speak to the Government having a very real interest in Dr. Reich’s weather modification work as well as in his UFO observations and the potential for mind control applications from the President on down. By way of one last example (or coincidence), we should take note that on November 22, 1955, President Eisenhower’s proposal for the peaceful use of atomic energy was accepted by the United Nations. It was called “Atoms for Peace”. Some months prior, Reich had sent Eisenhower a copy of his paper documenting the Oranur Experiment, and the operations and experiments that had sprung from it. That paper was entitled “Atoms for Peace”.

The first attempt to modify a hurricane by the U.S was project Cirrus (1947). There are many methods of controlling the ionosphere. It is the process of artificially manipulating ion density (in the ionosphere. High power transmitter and antenna array operating in the HF (High Frequency) range is one of the methods. There are lots of literature on that in the Internet and declassified scientific research journals including various 172 patent acknowledgement and grants..

The only question is whether we have the capability to create and customize weather in contradistinction modifying or steering it, for instance, the ability to initialize and control a hurricane.

The recent trend is in using super conductors in space satellites to generate potent high intensity electromagnetic flux under the title of solar radiation management. Other terms are high altitude management, geo engineering, weather modification, and climate engineering. Any citation of chemtrails will automatically be discredited. By consensus, the term has purposely been identified as nonscientific..

Weather manipulation is the new buzz word for the cold war between nations. Extensive research is being performed in many countries to manipulate weather. This presents the prospect of the highly desirable military objective of absolute deniability. It also allows denial/destruction/control of the food supply which is an age old tactic in warfare. The president of Iran formally complained on the floor of the U.N. that his country was the subject of a NATO engineered enforced and extended drought. News articles appeared claiming that Monsanto has developed patented aluminum resistant GMO crops. Allegedly, at least 20% of all airable land is highly acidic. With the continued standard use of atmospherically discharged aluminum particles there will be widespread cumulative soil toxicity which would make the use of aluminum resistant crops mandatory. Monsanto has denied such reports as conspiracy rumors. But according to the MIT Technology Review (Oct. 2, 2008) GMO aluminum resistant crops were successfully pioneered at the University of California at Riverside. Would Monsanto ignore such a potential cash cow? I think not.

According to a UN pamphlet, titled Basic Facts about the United Nations, which was published in 1994, the world body negotiated the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques in 1977. This “prohibits the use of techniques that would have widespread, long-lasting or severe effects through deliberate manipulation of natural processes and cause such phenomena as earthquakes, tidal waves, and changes in climate and in weather patterns.” This obviously addresses real and applied activity.

In 1996, a group of seven U.S. Air Force officers, who had prepared a research paper about weather warfare, issued a report, which concluded that there was technology under development that would provide “warriors of the future” with the means to control the course of military conflicts, including through the use of weather modification.

The study also states that manipulation of precipitation, storms and fog could improve America’s own weather but could also involve controlling the ionosphere to guarantee U.S. dominance of worldwide communications. There is often a significant credibility gap between what is pitched that researchers could do and what has already been achieved.

“Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025” – a research paper written by a seven person team of military officers and presented in 1996 as part of a larger study dubbed Air Force 2025. In 2025, the report summarized, U.S. aerospace forces can “own the weather” by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications, “weaponizing” the weather as a military prerogative.

After viewing the Street Lamp video today I put together some FACTS concerning 5G and other relatable technologies we have grown up with. I sent questions to the 5GAwareness.com organization and am waiting their response. See ALL in the attachment.

I had not worked with the wavelength formulas since the 1990’s. I have had No NEED.

When you first mentioned milli-waves, I was thinking those waves were longer than the microwaves. Then I thought Microwaves; where have I heard that term? Hmmm; could it be related to what we cook our food in? Where signs are placed about cafeterias around the USA to WARN people with heart conditions NOT to get around such a device because their heart rhythms could be affected! You continued to report the news about the milli-wave technology known as 5G.

Now, THINK. Have you EVER seen the frequency(s) that a microwave oven generates? It is NOT on the nameplate! The machine is called a microwave; I wonder how long those waves TRULY ARE? They are NOT “Micro” waves! I ONLY saw the Frequencies used by a microwave ONE TIME in an article I read recently, I believe the Frequencies used within a microwave were LESS than those proposed by the new 5G Technology! Now continue to THINK with me. We buy a Microwave by its rated Power. An 1100 Watt unit can heat a cup of water for tea MUCH faster than one rated 500 Watts. However, unless you are in that little box, you are not affected by the “microwaves”.

It is KNOWN to heat from the inside and onward, outward toward the surface. Makes SENSE NOW that we KNOW their frequency wave length is LONGER than those spoken about for 5G! So, WHY are they called Microwaves? Can you begin to understand my confusion with wavelength and why I sent that Length Chart?

We KNOW that the higher we go in the frequency spectrum; we can easily get into territory that NO ONE has studied the health effects on for humans. You are describing a spectrum I think between 40-200GHz. You indicated, and rightfully so, that these frequencies are often blocked by rain, trees and the like. We KNOW that cell phone usage is creating brain damage at MUCH lower frequencies, approximately 700MHz to 1.8GHz, when the cell phones are held against your head! Suggestion; use an ear phone with a mic to complete your calls on your cell phone! It is no longer against your head! Ergo, no damage w/b created into the brain. DO NOT carry on the hip and keep away from your hands and out of your pockets for maximum protection from those damaging frequencies! BTW; What is the output Wattage of the average cell phone? How close MUST it be to create damage?

I am DEEPLY upset at the HUGE numbers of 5G satellites that are already in orbit, with tens of thousands more to be launched in order to blanket the globe in 5G.
NOTE: Have you seen their size? What is powering them? These are literally made of solid state chips mounted on a PCB, connected to a solar power converter. VERY SMALL SOLAR POWER CONVERTER!

QUESTION: How much power can they transmit from 200 miles above the earth? All of that energy must still penetrate the water soaked atmosphere. Are we talking 1 Watt? 10 Watts? 100 Watts? Reference; each solar panel made 3’ x 4’ in size develops about 100 Watts! Put this in perspective as we see the size of these surface mounted technology being launched as 5G satellites which are about the size of a small cell phone connected to its power source!

I remember the old days and operating a citizens band unit with a maximum of 5 Watts output at 27MHz. Grab that antenna when transmitting and get the shock of your life! But standing even an inch away from it and feel nothing. Remember the military in the 1940’s using a Lo-ran Radar system? The military graduated to Hi-ran and the next progression was to Shi-ran! I worked on the Shi-ran systems in the military in the 70’s and we used each technology, lo-ran, hi-ran and Shi-ran to survey and map the earth! In combination with C-130’s and belly cameras to shoot pictures that were about 2’ x 2’ in size and overlapped in order to exactly determine our location during the exercise. This was before the GPS systems. Then at the end of my military obligation we learned they were going to use a laser to place a spot on the moon and measure its distance from us! We learned that Cuba was 7 miles from where we thought it was on a map! Kennedy would have had a 7 mile error in any missile he programmed, if we had to use them!

Anyway, my point is; the men who took care of the antennas were often sterilized by the radiation of hundreds of WATTS! I cannot recall their frequencies of operation. MUCH LOWER than 5G! However, after learning about what happened to our boys in the 1940’s we learned NOT to stand in front of or around the antennas when they were being used!
I am NOT A fan of this new 5G Technology, but I MUST put everything in perspective.

First, let me say; I AM NOT A FAN OF 5G Technology!
I have worked for Power Systems, Inc. for nearly 30 years. They make CUSTOM Analog and Switch mode Power Supplies. I became their Product Safety Engineer. I also sat on two CSA Technical Committees helping to write CSA 60950 for the IT Industry, which may also include the 5G equipment, or would have if it came out before I retired.

In addition, I am an ex-TUV Product Test Engineer for TUV Essen. *Essen, Germany operating from a franchise division in northern New Jersey.

What I saw in this video was the normal Switch mode power supply; it delivers power in (Watts) to a series of LED Lamps using thinner wire than those being used for other purposes. However, I also saw the power cables for the 5G Technology. IF it is stepping up the voltage to 450V Peak rated Capacitors, it suggests that the nominal RMS voltage would be in the range of 308V~ from a 3Phase 308V~ network, commonly used in America. Each lamp takes one phase and they balance the 3 Phase load by staggering the loads on each Phase.

MORE IMPORTANTLY: He DID NOT Explain the overall System ratings; i.e.; Input Voltage in Volts RMS or the Input Current in Amps or else the input rated Watts. This is IMPORTANT, because you cannot get power from the (air) it must come through the input power cabling. Therefore, IF the input power Wattage was in the range of 500mW; the input current would be below 2mA. THAT is a sensor signal at BEST and CANNOT do ANYONE any Damage! Please upgrade the video by providing these IMPORTANT details. The lamps draw a significant amount of power; therefore the input Power/Current will reflect that. NOTE a normal #22AWG wire can carry up to 10A ALL day without too much stress. The LED wires looked like #24AWG wire and therefore, the current would be less than that! Also note; ALL power supplies have an efficiency rating! Switch mode power supplies may be 80% Eff. This goes toward discovery of the overall ruggedness of the power supply. Notice the transformers are small. Then the wiring within MUST also be of smaller gauge wires! This ALSO goes to confirm that the power supply CANNOT deliver the amount of POWER NEEDED to create health Damage.

I may be wrong in this. The Industry is at FAULT for NOT Sharing the Frequencies spectrum being used in each device AND its output power rating! Each Frequency Spectrum creates Human cell damage at different power levels. In any event, the laws of Physics are NEVER violated! I have NO IDEA who the manufacturer of that street lamp is. However, they most likely complied with BSI Safety Compliance Standard or perhaps IEC or some EC Norm. The 5G Technology was mentioned, did NOT have a sticker from the FCC. It was made in Europe. THAT is NOT abnormal! Did it have compliance with ANYONES Conducted or Radiated Emissions Standard?

I KNOW the public is up in arms over this new 5G Technology. ALL we want is assurance that the technology will do no damage at a certain power level and at a certain distance from the radiation antenna! Make sense? So far, we have NO ASSURANCE of either! Since we ONLY know through third party information; that the 5G Frequency spectrum will be between 40-100GHz, we are again LIMITED in our accessement of its inherent damage and effects. Even normal FM radio stations that Broadcast between 88-107MHz have ratings. They use a Frequency Spectrum that is closer to straight-line broadcasting, at a MUCH LOWER Frequency. However, their Output Power at the antenna is commonly 50,000 Watts! No one complains about them, except neighbors NEAR the antennas! 50,000 Watts off of an industrial 3 Phase 308V~ line will yield 162Amps. MUCH MORE Power than could be provided by those small #24AWG wires in that switch mode power supply *connected to the 5G Circuitry.

While I am NOT a fan of 5G Technology, it takes some Frequency? (X) at some power Level (Watts) to communicate. I am not positive, but I have NOT seen any studies done that suggest health damage at a specified Frequency and a specified Wattage. Let me be CLEAR; It takes a certain POWER LEVEL in WATTS to penetrate the human body at (Z) Distance. In this case meters above the vehicles distance. We know the physics of this are that Power drops off rapidly with the square of the distance.

The antenna shown was a wire or a PCB laminate copper strip of some length. It may have had a director, a ground plane or other from the opposite side of the PCB and the foil used on the opposite side. But the antenna was of a simple construction. This together, tells me we may have nothing to worry about. KEY WORD BEING “MAY”!

Lastly, the video shows a bundling of wires and connectors at the left side of the video with NO EXPLAINATION of their use, size ratings, etc.

We WANT to KNOW what we are being subjected to! We DO NOT TRUST the Govt to regulate it for us! Therefore Your Video becomes the ONLY viable information source. Give us ANOTHER video and explain the input ratings in Voltage/Amps/Watts and ALL other info you find on the nameplate. Tell us the Manufacturer. With that we can look up their CLAIMED Ratings! We WANT concrete information, NOT HYPE! We get enough HYPE from the media! We are tired of the Propaganda and LIES being told to us! Help us by telling the simple TRUTH about what you see.

The Case of Military was a secret trial, unlike the Moscow Show Trials. It is traditionally considered one of the key trials of the Great Purge. Marshal Mikhail Tukhachevsky and the senior military officers Iona Yakir, Ieronim Uborevich, Robert Eideman, August Kork, Vitovt Putna, Boris Feldman and Vitaly Primakov (as well as Yakov Gamarnik, who committed suicide before the investigations began) were accused of anti-Soviet conspiracy and sentenced to death; they were executed on the night of June 11 to 12, 1937, immediately after the verdict delivered by a Special Session (специальное судебное присутствие) of the Supreme Court of the USSR.

The Tribunal was presided over by Vasili Ulrikh and included marshals Vasily Blyukher, Semyon Budyonny; Army Commanders Yakov Alksnis, Boris Shaposhnikov, Ivan Panfilovich Belov, Pavel Dybenko, and Nikolai Kashirin; and Corps Commander Yelisey Goryachev.
