Re 2nd Amendment, I have not seen the following argument concerning allowable firearms for private citizens: Whereas “they” say the founders were not referring to modern, high-powered weaponry, I say–the intent being protection–the Founders MUST have meant that we should be able to have WHATEVER WEAPONRY WE ARE UP AGAINST. That would include, in my estimation, not just bumpstocks and AK47s, but missiles, tanks, hand grenades, you name it. “Shall not be infringed” means what it says.
