A good description, however it would be my observation, after years of manipulating these viruses to have a different strain annually, there are far more effects to labeling this an pandemic or emergency. If I were a devious corporate entity, just think of the Money I could make buy investing and selling the items they knew would be sold upon declaring the emergency. Such as certain protective equipment, certain foods, and the list goes on and on, when media manipulate the sheeple.
