We know and he knows that there is specific legislation already put in place for a Pandemic. He is quoting it. The opposition watch his every move and dissect his every word waiting for him to break a law. A president is not above the law. Even if the law is wrong, to outright break a law, the opposition would crucify him. From his response I gather his advisors and he have to abide by the rule of law, and if we return to the Cat Report detailing who is in charge during a pandemic he isn’t making these laws. Eye believe he is being advised correctly to adhere to the stupid masking of America policies. He has to work within the framework of the laws on the books until they can be changed. That’s why it’s extremely important to not only reelect him, but to regain the house and keep the senate. Believe me that it pisses me off to no end and I won’t be masked, he hasn’t that choice.
