I, believe it or not, am the guy that in 1968 tipped off the WTC project procurement manager that he might be able to satisfy Nelson Rockefeller’s request for 2,500 exploding bolts through NASA’s supplier. Astronaut Gus Grissom need to blow out his escape hatch to avoid sinking to the bottom of the Atlantic after splash down. NASA’s supplier got them to the WTC job. First to the prototype structure which had a Boeing 707 crashed into it. Then, another 2,000 were ordered and delivered to Manhattan in 1970-1972. There is NO PLACE to look this up. Nelson Rockefeller ordered the exploding biolts to permit penetration by the 9-11-2001 jets. Look at the impact zones. The exterior perimeter panel end flanges were still perfectly squared off, with the building corner vertical beams being cut in half by oxyacetylene rigs preset for the event. Bet me. I heard about the exploding bolt request by Nelson Rockefeller, with a rehearsal, in 1968. So did a lot of other people. Get to digging.
