Consider these:

Rev 13:1 ¶ And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

Rev 17:3 ¶ So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
Rev 17:4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

Rev 17:15 ¶ And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
Rev 17:16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
Rev 17:17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.
Rev 17:18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

Working Thesis:
The woman who is presently reigning and controlling this seven headed beast is Queen Elizabeth. (Could “gold,” include golden shares?). The person who is riding a beast/horse, also controls it by the “reigns.”

Each of the seven heads is a separate power/country which is ruled by a leader/head/CEO/horn, which each wears a crown.
(Speculation: Great Britain, USA, EU/NATO, Israel, Saudi Arabia/Arab/Islamic, Russia/Soviet Union and China).

That leaves three extra horns/crowns which must be situated upon one or more of these original seven heads on the beast.
(The city of London Corporation – financial/banking, Washington DC Corporation – military, Rome/Vatican Corporation – religious.).

Deeper Speculation: In 2016 Trump, CEO, initiated a hostile takeover of the USA Corporation, headquartered in Washington DC. So far he has won every battle and has positioned his forces to begin taking control after the upcoming proxy vote. He is not content on simply taking over Washington DC Corporation and its “head” the (USA). He has also been campaigning for the remaining horns/crowns to join him on taking down “that great city.”

The problem is that to progressives Biden’s gibberish makes perfect sense. I guess that’s what happens after years of living in a CNN/NPR echo chamber. I honestly don’t know how to get through to them…I tell them about the camps in New Zealand and the police state in Melbourne…they have no idea what I’m talking about. One of them expressed concern about the vaccine because the virus mutates, so I was able to bring up how Fauchi unsuccessfully spent decades trying to create an HIV vaccine. Concluding that it was unlikely a safe and effective vaccine could be developed in a few months or ever. She then told me about a friend she has that bought a portable toilet (and tent) for road trips because she might get the virus from a public facility. Insanity! (BTW, this person is a Clinical Psychologist and apparently thinks this is normal behavior.)
