I suggest putting them all in jail and then transporting each one to their own isolated area, where there is no chance of meeting another human being. I would initially give them enough provisions to have a chance to be able to become self-sufficient. I would also provide them with materials for their spiritual guidance, which I would choose. Upon checking them by visiting them in the future, I would see if they had spiritually progressed by simply talking with them. If I and/or others determine that they are ready to be reintegrated back into society, then there would be arrangements to accomplish this. Cordially, Mark Weatherly
