You can refer to this website “Cultured food life dot com” to find a ton of fermented veggie recipes. I make Kimchi and I consume it daily as well as a green apple cabbage kraut.
I make milk kefir from raw milk I get locally.
I catch whey from the milk and make probiotic natural sodas in summer.
I ferment Jicama cut into sticks in orange juice and good bacteria to snack on.
Ive been at this for years and I love it and so does my family.
I use that cultured food website to find new recipes, buy inulin fiber and culturing strains of good bacteria. I like to use bacteria cultures to help rebuild our gut microbiome.
I have also tried to get with my neighbors to grow food but most flat out refuse.
So I hot wired my garden with enough voltage to take down a 300 pound bear.
I put cameras up all over and remain heavily armed.
I told these fools do not try me…..They already ask me for my eggs and I tell them NO.
I suggested they get their own hens because we live in an area where we can keep hens, no excuses.
But….they refuse.
Im out because I cant be expected to do for others what they refuse to do for themselves.

Sincere thanks to each and every one of you!
Im not and never have been involved with ANY social media platform. Gab was certainly of interest because it LOOKED like it was in a goer from my perspective. Im seeking an alternative parallel system of Common Law as well as the TP However from what you have uncovered and shown, I’ll stay as I am and again, say thanks to you all for your digging and publishing. I don’t drink but still will say Cheers & thanks to you all.

Id be interested in what you think or maybe have found regarding Simon Parks and his Conscience Conciousness organisation.
He and Charlie Ward seem to be “Out There” so to speak and Id be interested in if Aim4truth has ever looked into them.

Im sure you are very busy so I shant rattle on any further.
