Massachusetts 197 US 11 ( Your state will most likely tell you that the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Jacobson v. Massachusetts is what authorizes this “authority” to forcibly vaccinate the healthy child). Jacobson was NEVER force vaccinated he was given a $5 fine and remained unvaccinated inside the emergency quarantine zone. In 1986 Congress removed a consumer product, vaccines, from the civil lawsuit court system. Ever since then you had ONLY the remedy they offered, and no other protection. The law required the CDC to conduct safety studies. They have constantly refused to comply with the law. Vaccines have NEVER been proven to be safe. Or effective.
