One of the most surprising elements to the phenomenon is that it's considered a new thing or even a 90's style that has carried over but it's not. We all can remember back in the 80's flava flav flashing a huge clock around his neck and replacing his natural smile with gold. The laws that you are applying to this hypothetical given situation, may apply in the United States...they do not necessarily apply to the entire planet. This kind of one dimensional thinking and attitude doesn't represent the whole...it's not even the half, you're pre-supposing that this view is the generic one, when it clearly isn't. YOU may have to right to murder someone in your home (via trespass) where you live...but in many places this is not the case and 'the right to defend' applies and that means REASONABLE FORCE...not arbitary murder, where you can play judge, jury amd executioner. That is how it is from a legal standpoint (certainly in my part of the world, which does actually exist) my opinion doesn't have a bearing on it, whatever I may think of the rights and wrongs.

My comment about this particualr aspect ' man has the right etc', was to demonsrate that the semantics of this passage, do not represent any real form of freedom and that it is a system that is as rigid and autocratic, as the systems that it vilifies and seeks to destroy!

I thought I made that perfectly clear...perhaps a re-reading would help.

Yes we have that right. Does it say "Man SHOULD kill those who would thwart these rights"? No. However, there are laws which state a person can kill another person if they are trespassing into their home. You have the right to defend yourself against someone else who would thwart your natural right to, in this case, SAFETY & PRESERVATION FOR YOU & YOUR FAMILY, PRIVACY, etc.

It's interesting to note the allusions in hip hop to psychosis ala schizophrenia, DID etc. First of all, every rapper seems to have an alter ego, some have more multiples. The music consists of a loop and MC rhyming. The loop is usually pretty short and is reminiscent of psychotic thought loops. The rhyming is the disorganized thought/speech patterns of a hebephrenic. Of course this doesn't mean most rappers are actually insane. It probably means they found a way to have a drug induced psychosis via psychoactives like psychedelics and cannabis, which most openly claim to use as an aid to making the music.
