"Class and Grace" brings to mind Lars von Trier's incomplete "USA - Land of Opportunities" trilogy. It's what I have to think of most, after already having learnt the lowdown on the Kidmans. The part 'Rabbithole' Nicole was given as Grace in Dogville really does seem to be a role she was made for, as much as the ones she had in Stepford Wives and EWS (Ewes).
The sequel Manderlay, where Grace is portrayed by coppertop Bryce Dallas Howard, is where my thoughts keep returning, because of the association between "class and grace" and O-bomb-a, and the film's subject matter. Plus the name sounds like "Mandalay" (mandala).
