Public International Notice for the High Courts and United Nations

You have all received Notice regarding the fraud scheme attempting to use Alex Tallon and his doctored documents as a shill to justify claims against the Code FLAT Assets. We have, by my count, now contested his claims and proven that they are fraudulent no less than four (4) times, and have the administrative and court records to prove it. It's time for him to be in jail, not lauded as some kind of Seven Star "Secretary Governor General" of the UN.

Next, it's time to transition politely and calmly and expediently from any presumption that Jimmy Carter had the right or authority to turn over any of our state laws or offices to the United Nations for administration. A sovereign nation can sleep as long as it likes without asking permission from its employees.

We wake to find a great many people taking a great many liberties with our property rights, and others making completely insupportable assumptions, so let's clear the air and the records.

All Treaties and all Land Grants up to 1860 universally belong to The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States. All the interlopers and incorporated imposters fronted by the British Crown and the Popes since then have no standing whatsoever with respect to land and soil in this country.

All land "titles" that the Queen has assumed are hereby dissolved by action of the sovereign government, except in those cases where the title holder is actually and voluntarily and knowingly acting as a British Territorial U.S. Citizen under conditions of full disclosure. All other land claims depend on our Treaties, United States Land Patents and our cadastral survey and landmarks.

After 1860, all land interests entered into Territorial Statehood according to The Northwest Ordinance. As of October first of 2020, all those Territorial States were enrolled officially as States of the Union by those State Assemblies established prior to 1860 entering their unanimous Roll Call Votes upon the Public Record. All now-fifty States are indeed actual States of the Union, owning all land within their borders and free of any Territorial custodial interest.

The Corporations, including incorporated Corporations, which have been established in our names ever since 1860 are all interrelated to associations and charters granted by the Kings and Queens and Popes operating in our names via fraudulent assumption of powers never granted to them, and now all those parent corporations are bankrupt and in receivership to us, their Priority Creditors. Every single one. Any idea that these corporations are free to run rampant is completely wrong-headed. The charter-interest has simply reverted to the actual owners and these corporations, both Territorial and Municipal, are now standing under Public Law, not private law.

If they fail to operate lawfully --- a far higher standard than to merely operate legally -- the corporations will be dissolved, and their officers will be arrested.

We hope that everyone is in agreement that living men and women should not be endangered in any way by lifeless, faceless, unaccountable business organizations, which have no right to exist apart from public tolerance.

Finally, for today, another Filipino Fraud scheme has reared its head above the horizon, with claims that the Philippine Island Archipelago has been sold to unknown investors. No, it has not. In order for that to happen, they would have to buy the Philippines from us, and we have not sold our interest in the Philippines nor do we tolerate any fraud artist attempting to "represent" us in this matter.

Whoever is claiming to have purchased the Philippine Islands is either the victim of a fraud or the perpetrator of one, and in either case, they hold nothing more than a vacant pledge or title from some Party never having an interest to sell.

Please note that the controlling interest in the land of the Philippines is established by the Spanish-American Treaty established as a Treaty of Paris in 1898, and also note that the Territorial Corporation was acting as our Agent in the matter and our money paid for the accommodations and the issue was settled in a jurisdiction wholly belonging to us.

The most interest that the Territorial Government could ever claim would be in the nature of a custodianship owed to The United States, our unincorporated Government operating the soil jurisdiction of this country.

It follows that the Territorial Government was similarly limited to its own interests and jurisdiction in passing on The Treaty of Manila Bay, which in effect, only transfers administrative duties from one British Crown Corporation to another, and has no impact whatsoever on our land jurisdiction treaties with the Spanish and International Powers.

Setting the Record Straight Concerning Boston Brahmins

Recently, there have been articles and "news" --- I hesitate to call it "news" because it has been in front of our faces for over 400 years --- talking about the British investment companies that funded colonies here in America and the so-called "Boston Brahmins" who were their representatives and administrators in the New England portion of this endeavor.

These are the Tories' descendants, but don't forget, there are others who qualify as Boston Brahmins who have always been their Nemesis. Take a step back---

Investment in the New World was the hottest thing around in the late 1500's and early 1600's.

The Spanish were becoming unimaginably wealthy as a result of their exploits in the New World and the desire to invest in and exploit this vast new territory rose to such a fever pitch in many parts of Europe that investment groups had to be paired up with specific locations in the New World.

I don't have the records in front of me, but, for example, investors in Liverpool and Leeds might be paired up with a specific County in Massachusetts, while investors in Essex and Glastonbury would be paired up with a County in Connecticut.

This is the reality, people. These companies didn't come here for fun. They came here for exploitation. They came here for profit. They came here hoping to find vast deposits of gold and silver and precious gems and whatever else might be found here.

Some of the people who came here came for religious freedom. Some, like my husband's family, came for adventure. Most people came here to escape poverty and squalor in Europe, hoping to make a new and better life for themselves and their families --- and most of them could not afford to pay the passage and the grubstake needed, so they came as indentured servants or as slaves owned by these same European investment groups.

Bear in mind that in those days, both indentured servitude and slavery could be overcome. After seven (7) years, the "bonds" of indentured servitude were paid off, and the man or woman was set free of the obligations of their servitude. Slavery had no set and certain limit of years, but carried with it the certainty that their "masters" were obligated to pay for their basic support including adequate food, shelter, medical care, and education by law, as long as they lived, or as long as they remained slaves.

That legal obligation to support slaves is what Mr. Lincoln removed with his "Emancipation Proclamation" releasing all the Southern Plantation owners from their obligation to provide these basics. In other words, the ones being released were the Southern Slave Owners, not the slaves. Lincoln hoped to make the living conditions of the slaves so intolerable that they would revolt and join the Northern Army. The Emancipation Proclamation had nothing to do with offering slaves any actual freedom.

That said, it was always possible for the slave to "purchase himself" and his family members, if he was bright and industrious and could shift for himself on the side. Substantial numbers of plantation slaves did exactly that, and became Freemen as a result, often with the help and support of their former Owners, who accompanied them to the Northern Free States to affirm their Freeman status on the Public Records.

My husband's family arrived in Boston in 1608 and began building a custom's house, a trading facility and dock, warehouses, stables, roads, quarries, and, most enduringly, Old South Church, which still stands to this day. Over time, they would own many businesses, build numerous schools and establish Princeton University. Some members of the family served as Royal Governors of multiple Colonies, some became famous judges and academics and members of the clergy, some became Admirals and others became famous artists, and yes, you could call them Boston Brahmins.

Those same Boston Brahmins supported America in The War of Independence and granted every American born on our soil the same sovereignty in their own right that they themselves inherited from William the Conqueror. They fought and bled as members of the Continental Army. They loyally supported George Washington's troops at Valley Forge and paid for and led one of the few supply missions that made it through to that then-remote location.

They may have been and may still be regarded as Boston Brahmins by history and birthright, for they certainly helped to build Boston from the ground up, but they also served this country in its First War and in every war since.

My point is that despite ignorant and misguided assumptions being made by some parties in the Patriot Movement, history shows that while some "Boston Brahmins" were Tories and still are, there are others equally qualified as Boston Brahmins who sacrificed everything including their lives to make the break from Britain possible.

If the Tories among them have worked their wiles and played their games to benefit Britain for the past 160 years, it should not surprise us. They were Tories then and Tories now and what they could not win by force of arms, courage, and moral integrity, they have endeavored to win by guile, deceit, and moral sophistry. They have worked in collusion and calumny with the British Government and the British Crown to those ends.

They were never true Americans and they didn't simply vanish after the end of The War of Independence. They never stopped yearning for their elitism and their snobbery, their rigid caste system, and their sycophantic, infantile desire to please the British Monarch has never ceased, either.

I think it is pretty clear that the Tories among us have suffered arrested development and so wish to remain dependents all their days, but there were others who also came from Britain who carried a much different stamp and attitude, those like John Adams who had a greater vision of what it means to be a man. My husband's ancestors stood among them, and fought at White Plains and other places across the frontier of our new country.

So when these men so cavalierly talk about Boston Brahmins have a care.

There were Boston Brahmins on both sides of the issue of independence and there still are.

It's time to rise up and take back from the British what they purloined via fraud and deceit. We don't need to fight any second revolution. We simply need to expose them for what they have done and employ the solid rod of international law, instead--- and in the case of those who have lived here among us and undermined the Constitutions and betrayed our trust while pretending to be our friends and allies, let them find their peace at last, as the criminals they are.

Let the seeds they have planted return to them in great abundance, and may the spoils they have racked up for themselves be the inheritance of honest men, and may they learn to regret their duplicity and the loss of their own reputation among the nations of the world, and may they be packed up and sent home to England, where they can have their egocentric, evil, and arrogant world all to themselves---- like so many rats in a pen.

The Fight for the Fragments

David Straight

Russell Gould -- "Unity States of America"

Kim Goguen -- "Life Force"

National Assembly

Christopher James -- More Russell Gould

Reign of the Heavens Society

All these people and organizations are involved in trying to pick up the pieces of the now completely defunct "federal" corporations and trying to one way or another sort out aspects of the debacle now facing actual Federal Employees, both Military and Federal Civil Service --- and everyone here but David Straight are trying to form some kind of replacement organization.

But what are they trying to replace?

The defunct Territorial Corporation (National Assembly and Reign of the Heavens).

The defunct Municipal Corporation (Russell Gould, Kim Goguen, Christopher James)

David Straight is just trying to build a bridge for Federal Dual Citizens --- either U.S. Citizens or Municipal citizens of the United States -- to reclaim their interests as Americans and protect themselves while retaining one of the Federal citizenship designations.

We, the Americans, are doing something totally different.

So far as we are concerned, the foreign Federal Corporations are defunct, and so what?

From our perspective, there is no reason to replace them with more foreign federal corporations at all. All the "powers" ever delegated to them have returned to us by Operation of Law. It's their own fault.

And now, the only question is --- do we hire someone to do the work, or do we do it ourselves?

These other groups are intent on trying to claim that they already have a contract, but they don't. Not with us. Not with our country. They are just lonely little foreign commercial corporations looking for a job, and not likely to get one at this rate.

They aren't in competition with The American States Assemblies, if that's what you (or they) ever thought. We aren't competing to employ ourselves as foreign operatives.

To the extent that we employ ourselves doing any Public Duty, we are doing it 100% as Americans. No need to adopt any foreign citizenship status. No need to work for the Queen, the Pope, or the Lord Mayor, either.

We can mow our own lawn. We can pay for our own Navy.

No, we are the only people that any Federal citizenry must learn to work for, and in fact, we are the only Principals --- that is, the only Employers, in the room. The Queen, the Pope, and the Lord Mayor have all beat a hasty retreat when faced with the facts of their own perfidy.

These above-listed would-be Federal Subcontractors can protest and scream and shout. They can whine. They can lie. They can pout.

It won't do them any good, because the only powers our Subcontractors ever had came from us, and now that those powers have returned to us, we don't need foreign Subcontractors at all.

We certainly don't need to hire any foreign Persons who are mentally confused, ignorant, hostile, deceitful, or incompetent --- which pretty much describes the "National Assembly" and its members, certainly describes The Reign of the Heavens Society, and at least the deceitful description applies to the whole Russell J. Gould/Christopher James/PARSE SYNTAX PsyOp.

Just today I got another message written in PARSE and I had to remind the Sender that English is our Official Language. Also had to remind him that the only ones with any right to any physical assets in America including soil, land gold, silver, and turnips are Americans.

So, the smart move, if you were lucky enough to be born on the land and soil of this country, is to speak plain English and claim your birthright as an American and join your State Assembly. Stop casting around wasting time joining would-be replacement Federal Contractor organizations.

I don't have the final word on it, but chances are we aren't going to hire any Federal Subcontractor Corporations to replace those that went bankrupt. Chances are that we will simply do all the work and directly administer everything ourselves, appoint our own Paymasters and sail on. There will have to be formal decisions by our Continental Congress and diplomatic negotiations to settle all that, but in the main, we don't need two sets of bloated foreign Federal Bureaucracy promoting any kind of war on our shores.

The Pope, the Queen, the Lord Mayor and their minions have been served Due Process and Notice and to the extent that they continue to employ Federal Persons, those Persons have to honor our Public Law, which includes our Constitutions. Failure to do so gives us the absolute right to string them up like last year's Christmas lights.

So give some thought to the simple fact that all these people and organizations listed above are operating as foreign corporations or, in David Straight's case, operating in a Dual Citizenship capacity that is foreign to us, and so, have nothing to do with the price of beans in China. They are all competing for non-existent authorities and positions that are vacated and probably won't be refilled.

A Polite Reminder About Murder and Murderers

A distraught friend of the Mother in the accompanying news story contacted me earlier today:

As you can see, two little girls murdered by injection in Oregon at a local "health" clinic. This has been verified by numerous sources. This is just one of thousands of cases  that have been papered over. 

If I were this Mother, things would change --- not tomorrow or next week or next month or next year or ten years down the road.  No, if I were this Mother, things would change today. 

The Mom in this news story could not possibly give informed consent.  Nobody has ever given informed consent to these injections.  Why?  Because the content of the injection is not disclosed and the effect --- they claim --- is not known.  

But this much is known: 

Murder by any means is still a capital crime in this country.  All it takes is a piece of rope and either: (1) a tribunal of three military officers (reserve and retired, too, so long as they retained their commission and did not formally return it); or (2) twelve unrelated civilians to determine the facts. 

And then the rest of the story goes like this: 

"Dr. Chin, you knowingly injected these trusting little girls with unknown substances that are, however, already known to be dangerous. Their Mother could not possibly give informed consent as the contents were not disclosed.  You committed murder and took their young lives.  You violated your oath to do no harm.  Now your own life is forfeit in return."

Kick the horse. 

Apply the Public Law and this nightmare will end tomorrow.  No need to wait for military tribunals in the Havana Suburbs.

Pardon Me, Mr. Guterres -- Who Owns The Marshall Plan?

Really, Sir, I must protest.

The Marshall Plan was named after General George Marshall who had the temerity to suggest that we, meaning America and Americans, should make money and resources available to 17 western and eastern European nations after World War II, to help them restore their infrastructure and rebuild.

On April 3, 1948, Harry S.Truman signed The Marshall Plan into existence. Billions upon billions of dollars were deployed over the next three years and the European Economic Recovery Plan then took up the reins and continued the same basic program under a different name and administration.

This was touted as an "investment" program, specifically, "an investment in Democracy". Or in plain language, payola to make sure that various European countries didn't fall under Communist influence --- and stayed under our influence, instead.

Apparently, the idea that all countries should stay under their own influence was foreign and beyond the contextual matrix of those sitting at the table.

The end result is that those countries owe us a lot of money and interest, and it came directly out of the American people --- our labor, our gold, our resources --- even though the British Territorial United States made the loan "for" us.

As a result, Mr. Secretary-General of the United Nations, aka, secretary-general of the UN, The Marshall Plan and the investments and the interest and everything else rolling off of it all these years afterward, belongs to us. We paid for it.

The American people suffered and went without to make those investments possible, and it is to our credit that we made this effort and made The Marshall Plan and the European Economic Recovery Plan a reality.

Imagine my consternation to find "TVM" also known as Alex Tallano, that old fraudster, swaggering around and claiming to be a "Seven Star General" and the "Secretary Governor General of the United Nations" and using United Nations stationery, too.

He has about as much to do with The Marshall Plan and funding it as dogs have to do with dinner. Alex Tallano is not Tiburcio Villamor Marcos, and even if he were, he would still not have any credit coming for The Marshall Plan and our investments in Europe.

As for the rest of Alex Tallano"s claims:

I have a book that shows all the details --- as the Irish say, "the All of It" since 960 A.D. And I can go back if I need to, to the founding of Rome in 753 BC, but there is really no need to do so. I have the Spanish Grant of the Code FLAT Accounts -- the original -- and it doesn't say a word about anyone named Marcos. I also have the Central Bank of the Philippines Certificate of Depositor -- original, not copy, where Marcos appears as the Attorney of TVM-LSM--666, which is Severino Sta Romano's account code system. It has nothing to do with Tiburcio Villamor Marcos.

Let me ask the Genius Generals --- if someone named Annabelle Victoria Rasmussen (AVR) and someone named Anna Von Reitz (AVR) happen to have the same initials, does that imply that they are one and the same woman, having the same property, owning the same interests?

No, it resoundingly doesn't even begin to imply that at all. So, can we all look at the bald fact of where the money for The Marshall Plan actually came from and who actually paid for it, or do I have to attend yet another meeting and (figuratively) slap people silly?

Nanny State or Granny State? Chapter 6

I recently used the phrase "keeping your mind" and numerous people were bemused over it, but "keeping your mind" is the flipside of "losing your mind" and if you want to survive, you must learn to keep your own mind against all the opposing forces.

There are many opposing forces, because those in power would rather use your mind "for" you and would rather that you lose your own mind and adopt theirs instead.

Interfering with your ability to keep your own mind is a trillion dollar business. That's what all the TV and Radio and Computer and Media Cartels are all about --- wresting your mind and your attention away from your control.

The only people truly empowered on this entire planet are those who still have their own minds, and those who go back to some point in the past, realize that they were snookered, and retrieve the power of their own minds.

I will tell you right now that self-governance of the kind that our Forefathers envisioned is not possible if you don't have and keep your own mind, because your mind is your control center. It's where decisions are made. Your mind is where you "live" intellectually ----and what you think and believe is what drives the actions that you take.

So, can you be self-governing if you lose your mind to someone or something else's direction?

No, you can't. And that sorry condition of the individual also sounds the death-knell for America, too. If enough of us lay down our minds and roll over, accepting the BBC Dictum: "Listen and Obey", there can be no America and no American Government, either.

All that can exist under those conditions is an increasingly helpless, useless, and dependent population of ---ahem! --- "useless eaters". And those who spent so much labor and money to reduce the general population to this condition won't bat an eyelash or accept any of the responsibility for this circumstance.

When we are young, we are herded together into mental pens called "grades" in "Grade School". We are all more or less the same age in each grade and all more or less supposed to have the same level of skills --- even though that is manifestly untrue. Forced into this unnatural and judgmental environment, pecking orders quickly develop, with some being the winner and some being the losers.

We learn very early the power of Group Opinion, whether it is right or wrong --- and many of us become so terrified of being on the wrong side of Group Opinion that we never recover.

We learn to bow, scrape, make ourselves invisible, tie our tongues to the roofs of our mouths, and just try to squeak by through this hellish indoctrination camp, because that is largely what schools have become.

Schools unleash the full fury of "Peer Review" which is led, of course, by the Teacher and by older students who have already learned the lessons of indoctrination. These schools teach us to accept the authority of others, but never our own. They teach us to remember and regurgitate orders, but never think for ourselves. We are taught to follow, not lead.

So, if you want to get to the Granny State and leave the Nanny State behind, it is necessary to reprogram yourself and take charge of your own mind --- a process of stepping back and looking at yourself and your own past and your own thinking patterns as an outside observer.

Once you do this, you will have many, many "Aha!" moments and moments when you shake your head and wonder, "Wow, why did I think that? " or "Why did I do that?" or "Why did I believe that?"

And the answer is that you didn't really think that or intentionally do that or ever believe that; you were manipulated into thinking, doing, and believing.

When you take charge of your own mind again and learn to "keep it" and learn to direct your attention to the things you care about, you will feel an immediate sense of relief. It's not natural to have other people in charge of your mind, even if you have been conditioned to accept this intrusion all your life.

When you come out of "the Blurr", or as some people call it, "the Matrix", there are some common symptoms of awakening.

One day you are the prey of an unseen force goading you first one way and then another, ceaselessly running you ragged, and then, all of a sudden ---- peace. You can hear the birds sing. You can feel your own emotions again.

I wish it were entirely happy, but overall, most people experience pain and anger and disillusionment when they realize how they have been mistreated, lied to, and manipulated. There is a grieving process to be endured: shock, anger, pain, denial, acceptance, resolve --- and in many cases, commitment to change things.

This is the process I went through and I would expect it to be similar for many of you, but be comforted: at the end of this process, you will find yourself again, and you will be renewed. You will be a stronger, better version of yourself, sure of where you stand and why you stand there.

The Delivery System Delivers "Whatever"

Just so that you all know, I have examined the patents underlying the whole pandemic operation and the development of the vaccines.  I have heard the sworn depositions of eminent scientists with first-hand knowledge.  There can be no doubt what we are dealing with. 

The retrovirus is a delivery system, like a train.  You load it up with different payloads and whatever you load the retrovirus with, is what the recipient gets.  

Another familiar way to think about this is those little clear gelatin capsules that you can buy and fill up with herbs or medicines.  The retrovirus is like that gelatin capsule -- whatever you fill it up with, is what you get. 

So, if you load up the viral delivery system with HIV, the victim gets infected with HIV. 

If you load it up with graphene, the victim gets that poison dumped in their bloodstream. 

Want Avian Flu?  Want to suppress your natural Cancer Suppression gene?  How about blood clotting factor disease?  Morgellons, anyone?  Nano-antennas?  Nano-transmitters?  As long as it is small enough to fit in the cargo bay of the retrovirus, it can be delivered directly to your cells. 

You have also heard a lot about "spike proteins".  To understand that, you need to understand how the mRNA "vaccines" work, and how GMOs work. 

For example, by altering the DNA of corn, they can make the corn plant cells produce insecticides "in house".  So, the madmen programmed human cells to produce spike proteins, instead of corn cells to produce insecticides. 

Instead of killing bugs and polluting the corn so that we wind up eating insecticides (and can't just wash them off) they have found a way to force human cells to produce a destructive protein that causes inflammation throughout the body forever afterward.  

So, take your pick among the inflammatory diseases: fibromyalgia, arthritis, ALS, MS, cardio-vascular disease.... or just plain old wear out your immune system trying to get rid of the unnatural protein in your blood, and develop another version of AIDS that is not caused by HIV, but has the same result. 

As you can see, there is potentially no end to the destructive power of this research and the retrovirus delivery systems these morons have developed-- and now used--  to make sure that billions of people die and billions more are afflicted with incurable chronic diseases that the "medical" industry will profit from.  

I think it is obvious what needs to be done, and we all need to figure out how best to do it.  If we wait for the military tribunals to be effective it will take 300 years and everyone will be dead.  Some of us who invested in medical stocks will be fabulously wealthy and just as dead.

(Natural News) Regardless of what you think about Putin’s morals or ethics, he is a genius strategist whose intellect is vastly superior to Joe Biden’s. Putin latest move threatens the very future of the dollar (fiat) currency and may spell the beginning of the end for the dollar.

Beginning this Friday, Russia will only accept rubles, gold or bitcoin as payment for energy exports to “unfriendly” countries. No dollars or euros will be accepted. And why should Putin accept dollars or euros anyway, given that the western financial system has told Putin he can no longer use dollars or euros to purchase anything.

As a result, Putin is demanding rubles, gold or bitcoin. And that means the Russian ruble is now backed by commodities exports, making it a currency backed by something real. If you buy rubles, in other words, you can trade those rubles for natural gas or oil.

In a video posted to social media, Putin blasted the “theft” of Moscow’s resources and mocked the notion that first-world currency reserve holders are “reliable.”

“Let me reiterate, the whole global economy and trade have suffered a major blow, as did the trust in the U.S. dollar as the main reserve currency” of the world, the Russian leader says in a translated clip.

“The illegitimate freezing of some of the currency reserves of the Bank of Russia marks the end of the reliability of so-called first-class assets,” he added. “In fact, the U.S. and EU have defaulted on their obligations to Russia. Now everybody knows that financial reserves can simply be stolen.”

It has come to our attention that a well-known fraud artist is again plying his wares and misleading various groups of people who either believe his story or who wish to promote his narrative because they believe they can make use of him to further their own agendas.

The crimes of impersonation and barratry have reached a fever pitch, as you will see, and must be addressed by the High Courts responsible for the administration of courts worldwide.

Alex Tallon Doesn't Know Who He Is Anymore

We first met Alex Tallon in the aftermath of Ferdinand Marcos' retreat to Hawaii. My memory is fuzzy because it's a long time ago, about forty years by my reckoning, but if I remember the basics correctly, Alex was Ferdinand Marcos's butler or driver or security guard or something of that sort, and after Marcos fled, Alex helped himself to a lot of documents left behind.

These were skillfully altered so that his copy of a document says what he wants it to say and so that his photo and thumbprint and signature appear; it all looks official enough.

However, those same documents were distributed all over the world, and his copies don't match all the other copies, including the ones I have.

It turns out that Alex Tallon was not content with pretending to be Ferdinand Marcos's son, Tiburcio Villamor Marcos, but, also tried to pass himself off as King Anthony Santiago Martin -- another one of the multitudinous would-be heirs, some of them honest good people trying to help out in a bad situation, some outright charlatans scamming for Big Bucks.

My best guess is that Alex simply doesn't know who he is anymore. Is he Chinese? Is he Filipino? Is he a New Yorker? A "Seven Star General" in some Buck Rogers drama? A U.S. Citizen? A Municipal UNITED STATES CITIZEN? Does he have a "Last Name" or just a nom de guerre? Or a trademark, like me? What the.... and who can blame him, if he is confused?

As crazy as all these con artists and fraudsters made the world, darn near everyone is confused. Sorting the imposters and the nut cases from the false identities and Legal Fiction Persons and LEGAL FICTION PERSONS and all the rest of it leaves the open question --- who are you?

If everyone else has forgotten who they are, you can all come home to Grandma and I'll do my best to tell you: you are all beloved children of the Living God --- not the dead "god" of money, the Living God who orders every cell in your body, every element, every breath, in perfection and love from the moment you enter this world, until your physical death.

THAT is who you are.

You each have your own totally unique self, but names are just names --- they are called "utilities" for a reason --- and they are "gifts" as in "given names" and they are tools, like hammer or saw, that you can use to do certain things. But names are not you -- never were and never will be until the time that your Creator names you.

THEN you will have a name that will last forever and be forever yours.

Until that time, honesty is the best policy and maintaining one identity is the true course of wisdom. When Alex Tallon tries to become Tiburcio Villamor Marcos and Anthony Santiago Martin and.....well, who else? --- all he does is confuse things more. He doesn't change the truth.

I am sorry to cause such discomfiture in so many areas of the world, but there is this much to be said for the Truth --- in the end, the Truth is all that exists. It is the only firm bedrock we have. So even though it hurts sometimes, the truth is what we need. And the truth is that Ferdinand Marcos couldn't give what he never had.

He was an attorney for the actual heir and comptroller of the Code FLAT accounts. He was, as President of the Philippines Government, the Trustee over the American gold that was transported there by the U.S. Navy "for safe-keeping".

President Kennedy had to deal with Marcos as the Trustee and had to secure agreement from Marcos to be able to access our assets there, because Kennedy was operating as a British Territorial United States U.S. Citizen while holding the Office of Commander-in-Chief --- not as an American.

Our Federation of States and our Fiduciary has no such disability, because we are the presumed Donors of the assets that were placed in trust. We can simply request an accounting from the Central Bank of the Philippines and dissolve the trust relationship without causing any damage or entering into any agreements about this with anyone.

The American assets both public and private are owed to the American States (Public Interest) and the American people (Private Interest) and they are claimed and due to be returned to the control of the actual American Government. That's good news. That's the way it should be.

We have already claimed over a million metric tons of American gold that was returned from the Philippines and more gold that was returned to from the Vatican and as we go, we will continue to sort out our far-flung assets and work on returning the assets of other countries to them, too.

We have also discovered a massive gold stockpile that belongs, apparently jointly, to the Kingdom of Prussia (which still exists) and to Russia, the country. We anticipate finding similar stashes of assets that belong to other countries and returning those resources to them for their benefit.

There are also very large quantities of pre-paid credit on the books, which can be safely deployed as pre-paid credit to pay any remaining public debts as we transition on a worldwide basis to a fully funded world economy.

What do I mean by that? I mean that there will be no need for taxation ever again. The entire apparatus of taxation can be safely dismantled and done away with. The income from government investments when applied to actual costs of government, are more than sufficient to pay for all government services and personnel and even expand the quantity and quality of such services without taxes of any kind.

So, there is no reason for anyone to pretend to be a Marcos relative or try to scam their way into a non-existent King of the World position. There is one king of this world, the Living God who created it and who sustains it. The sooner we all accept that and the sooner we embrace each other and stop the madness, the better.
