I don't like the term "Wavie." It's a hard-hearted term which does not show any sympathy for the people who are suffering this way. They're suffering just as much as the people who have survived the so-called Project Monarch. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I'll term them E-M Targets, E-M for electromagnetic spectrum, since the technical possibilities exist that they are experiencing bombardment by ELF, VLF, SHF microwaves, magnetic waves and other radiation of the electromagnetic spectrum which can be modulated so that voices can be heard inside the head, without implants, without speakers.
