guy:

What I didn't realize until very recently was that Chertoff was also a key part
of the team that helped the FBI cover-up their role in the 1993 bombing of the
World Trade Center.
(All they did was not stop the bombing when they knew it was imminent and
encouraged the perpetrators to use of real explosives. Nothing big.)
No doubt this is how Chertoff earned his bones and entered the "inner circle" of
self-propelled human garbage he currently works with. Corrupt to the nth degree.
Ever since the near-revolt over the harassment and sexual assault of air
passengers by the TSA (which still goes on) Michael Chertoff's done a good job
of laying low.
