Dr Emily Willingham and Dr David Robert Grimes are the two winners of the 2014 John Maddox Prize for Standing up for Science. The judging panel consisted of Tracey Brown (Sense about Science), Professor Colin Blakemore FRS, Philip Campbell (Nature) and Lord Rees of Ludlow OM FRS.
