them, the subject of vaccinations cropped up. I was giving them some information
on the topic when, suddenly, the group's nurse confided in me that the federal
government had given her complete freedom in the management of their health, but
on one strict condition. That every vaccination had to be scrupulously applied
to all. The silence was deafening. We all understood.

"The shocking truth is that the Xyolhemeylh Health and Family
services program is in fact doing the opposite, to the point where it is
actually engaging in GENOCIDE through the administration of highly dangerous

No information was ever provided allowing them to make a choice despite the
reported dangers. The nurses are told to make the families feel like bad parents
if they do not vaccinate. The truth regarding the dangers of vaccines was
intentionally suppressed, along with basic information about health and
prevention..............Considering that I had observed a high incidence of
deaths within the Sto:Lo communities linked to suicides, diabetes, cancer, heart
disease and God only knows what else it saddened me that so much valuable
information was being deliberately withheld from them.
..........Now I realized that there was intentional deception towards these
families. The secrecy, and unwillingness by the Health and Family services staff
to allow me to communicate with Ida John clearly indicated that they had
something to hide. My supervisor told me that these people really could not make
clear decisions on their own, I was told to focus on nutrition, and not discuss
vaccines .
.........The day I resigned I was told that a nurse had quit because she could
not keep administering the vaccines because she had seen too many adverse side
effects and too much death. I had seen the adverse reaction reports from when
the vaccines had been administered, so I guess that particular nurses conscience
was getting to her and she just couldn't stand hurting people any more.

After studying the research for seven years of the experimental hepatitis B vaccine, Mills and Bernadine Atchison, discovered that the plasma based hepatitis B vaccine could have contained tainted blood that could posses the threat of Auto Immune diseases. During the Indigenous Peoples, Tribes, Villages and Nations of Alaska second assembly of the Combined Traditional Council of Elders, held in Anchorage in 1990, a resolution was introduced concerning the efforts of the United States government to use Alaska natives as guinea pigs. "Be it resolved by the Assembly of the Combined Traditional Council of Elders conduct or cause to be conducted, the research and documentation necessary to present formal charges of genocide and ethnocide against all persons and/or governments and/or their creatures or agents, in a court of competent jurisdiction." In another resolution, the Traditional Dena' Ina Health Committee, states, "The indigenous native people have been used as a target group without our informed consent has led to an almost total loss of confidence in the Federal and State governments and their contractors in the administration of designer health programs with designer drugs and vaccines, and certain scientific evidence and documentation from reputable medical sources indicate that the indigenous people of Alaska are being utilized in medical experimentation which utilizes vaccines which are either experimental, contaminated, or have deleterious effects upon their entry into the blood system."
