I realize this is an old post. I concur with Ron on lyrics " I got that thump it's in my trunk". On the surface this would refer to a loud bass beat amplified by bass speakers which would be placed in the trunk for just that purpose ( really common among the low-rider hot rod crowd in L.A. and many other cities ) Your reverse language analysis is very helpful here.
