The matter of their accounting being 7 years behind, that's really very interesting. When time has been reset 7 years into the past, we will be in sync, after a fashion.

"A lot has been written about the origins and derivations of our unique alphabet system. But there are mysteries buried in the system or syllographs that might be interpreted as occult components that might not be readily obvious to the uninitiated. This is an attempt to initiate some of you into this ancient mystery.

One way some have interpreted the Fidel system is through astrography as follows. As you all know the system has 26 classes (ሀ,ለ,ሐ,መ etc) and 7 variations which provide 182 syllographs. 182 is half of 364, representing half of the year or one equinox. In our calendar all months contain 30 days with the exception of Pagume, the dwarf month. Each of the 182 syllographs represent one day in each equinox. The seven variations of each class represent each day of the week.

Each of the syllographs have been given corresponding number values from 1-5600 from codes of our ancient mystery system. This numerical system is tied to the Old Testament to give insight and interpretive memory to biblical stories. For example the name Abraham corresponds to the numeric value of 60 (49+9+6+1+4), which when divided by the number of syllographs (5) is equal to 12, corresponding to the 12 tribes of Israel.

There is a lot more to our alphabet than meets the eye. One can never derive such hidden and encrypted message from the alphabet system of the west. Our ancestors have left us with an incredibly powerful system of writing which carries within it knowledge that we can unearth, just like we have been digging out the origins of our history and that of mankind buried deep in our holy soil. Our alphabet and our ancient language, Ge'ez (ግዕዝ) is the soil of our intellectual development. Our decline and fall will be directly proportional to our ignorance of our ancient heritage."

Hey Guys! I'm wondering if the Ethiopian calendar situation fits into all this -- they are 7 years behind...so it will be 2012 in their new year (September 11th).
I haven't been able to find any info on his statement from the article below, "the Roman Church amended their calculation in 500 AD - adjusting it by seven or eight years. So we are seven or eight years later than the Roman calculation, so that's the difference that came in."...
