What I see, daily, is a horizontal line sprayed, then a perpendicular one in the middle (by a craft &quot;flying&quot; downward) and around that on both sides lines drawn down to the fulcrum. Like a &quot;wheel in the sky&quot;. This wheel seems to function as a kind of fan or a &quot;bellows&quot;, soaking up the atmosphere, exhanging the air and blowing it back out, mixed with the sprayed chemicals, which seem to contain mercury, which soaks up water (as time?)<br />And, it seems like a clock, because two &quot;hands&quot; are moving together and apart - also like a bellows. I have been wondering for ages why they do this.
