The USA may be using weather weapons against Pakistan, India, Venezuela, Russia and China.

Reportedly, the USA wants to do to Pakistan what it has done to Iraq.



HAARP may be being used in Pakistan.

The HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is reported to be able to control the weather.

In 1997, the then U.S. Secretary of Defense William Cohen spoke of people who "can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves…"

In October 2008, there was an earthquake in Pakistan.

An eyewitness told the BBC (bbc.co.uk):

"When I came out, I saw very strange things. It was like there was lightning all around the city.

There was no electricity but still there was light in the sky."

"Air France, Flt 447 disappeared at 0600 GMT.
