it seems a bit sensational and over the top, but two of the witnesses make a very honest impression.
It appears, that this dope/substance can render people completely obedient to whatever orders they are given from their handlers. Wouldn't this be a perfect tool to trick people into murderers / sucide bombers?? Who needs doubles if he can correctly apply such substances?

I'm tending to agree with you on the Breivik double Aang. 'Alters'certainly have highly comparmentalised personalities, but something of the individual through which they're expressed remains constant.
As much as one can tell just from photos, there is a discernible, ESSENCial difference with this shooter/in court Breivik. Also something that one might describe as very leaden. But I don't doubt for a moment that he's MK'd.
