Makes PERFECT sense. Damn, I wondered what that was about. Excellent report anon!
Qatar pledged 400 million to Hamas. I don't like Qatar one bit now it is dividing and ruling the middle East like the Anglo Saxons have for a century it tells me more about the rift in power than is said explicitly here.

The US and Britian to a small extent promised Saddham Hussain that if he fought the war with Iran which he did for 8 years, he could have back Kuwait which was previously annexed by the British.
When the US gave the nod for saddham to take it back the US then unleashed miliotary strikes on not just Iraqi troops but civilian transport ambulances school buses and any vehicles travelling on the highways.
The Iran/iraq war wa sbecause Israel was grumbling that Iran wa stoo powerful.
Nor Iran is almost totally owned by Israelis.
