Aang, it truly mystifies me how critters like this rock "star" still seem to get away with it ~ and have mothers co-operate.
There is one good use for Perverts like this. ONE. Remove their offending parts using merciful or otherwise methods (I personally don't care much either way) and lobotomize them.
No long drawn out court cases to waste our money and bring about "understanding" and "compassion"; just do it fast and lean.
Then set them up as an example of what is done to their ilk, no matter their social status. And just stick to the programme every time you stumble across them.
