The police say that the charges relate to seven victims aged between nine and 15, with the alleged offences taking place in the 1970s and 1980s.

Greville Janner, Jimmy Saville, Joe "Boys' Town" Homan, Lord Montague of Beaulieu and many other dubious individuals visited Sevenoaks School and "borrowed" boys for drives in the country and for dinner. The organisers of these visitors (for "Wednesday-8" and "Sunday at 8") were mostly Casey McCann (murdered by a rent-boy) and Peter Hullah, the headteacher who covered up rape and sexual abuse at the Chetham Music School. Where is Peter Hullah now? And why has he been removed from active ministry? (Bishop Hullah will not be involved at ANY church services over Christmas).
Gerd Sommerhoff was a most interesting recruitment to the school - rescued from wartime Germany by his mother Elizabeth and step-father Major Bernard Francis Anne Vernon-Harcourt, but interred in Canada whilst his twin sister (the model Gerda Sommerhoff) was granted exemption. He started teaching at Dragon School, as did Derek Slade and then spent two years making boys' programmes for the BBC from 1960-62.
The Rt Revd Peter Hullah (no longer directly connected to any school - directorship of Uppingham cancelled 3 April 2013, 7 months after his appointment) is busy directing Together for Sudan, which appears to have retitled itself womenseducationpartnership, as well as directing a secondary school training company optimistically called Hopeful Leadership. A busy bishop.

Peter Hullah had a poisonous junior sidekick called Richard Burridge, who claimed membership of Moral Majority, right through the same years in which these boys were being abused. (Billy Graham used to set up an evangelical tent in nearby Otford, well attended by Sevenoaks School's Christian contingent). (Richard Burridge married a Susan when he was teaching, sermonising and moralising at Sevenoaks School. Publishing "Sex Therapy: Some Ethical Considerations" a couple of years later is probably coincidence.)
Moral Majority was built on bonding rituals that included mutual disclosure of sin and crime - an interesting prospect in a school full of paedophile colleagues.

Sydney cooks is dead but he was interviewed on a regular basis in prison.
He admitted that he had a list of boys who could be intimidated into silence and would be given 100 pounds in cash for a taxi full of boys to be delivered to parties at the DJ Allan Freemans shop at the crossroads of Markhouse rd and Lea Bridge Rd.
He also implicated the queens butler paul Kidd and other quite high profile abusers.
The man who made those claims about child sex abuse at Sevenoaks School has said that the Jimmy Savile news coverage is what promted him to report the abuse. He claims that Jimmy Savile went to Sevenoaks School in 1976 and probably abused a boy aged about 13 - both Jimmy Savile and the boy were photographed and the photographs were printed in the Sevenoaks Chronicle newspaper.
He claims Jimmy Savile was running from Lands End to John O'Groats to raise money for a charity called Phab, and that his Rolls Royce went with him - he invited one boy for a drive in his car when he visited Sevenoaks School. The boy was one of a reception committee of "pretty" boys selected by staff to give a snack to Jimmy Savile.
Where are those photographs now, or back issues of the paper? This is one of the top 20 schools in the country.
