The mother's name is most definitely Sikh.
Interestingly all the married Sikh women I have known in Scotland end up separated or divorced. Mostly it seems due to domestic abuse at the hands of the husband, but then I only heard one side of the story.

today I saw the film 'Saving Mr Banks'.
I wept throughout this film because of the extent of hardships survived by little children at the hands of their parents, and the 'enchantments' THEY created for succeeding generations.
I do not know the real facts and politics of the lives of Walt Disney and Mrs Travers.
But I DO know, as you have written, about 'projection'.
So the woman who wrote the books of 'Mary Poppins' was completely disconnected, not only from her own childhood experiences, but from the 'true substance' of the characters she had so enchantingly re-created!
As a little child she SAVED her mother but ENABLED her gorgeous, stunningly beautiful and imaginative (but seriously alcoholic) father, who DIED.
Not only could this little child who adored her daddy NOT save him, she felt she FAILED him, despite the enabling
(this being a psychodynamic that happens across the globe every minute of every day in the so-called 'functional' families. LOL
So she became an incredibly closed system who would have given her LIFE to protect her no longer existent family -but now her imaginary family!

Anyhoo, this film is a brilliant depiction at many levels, especially the corrosive effects of the NEED for money, when there are dependent /innocent lives…..

Don't know if you remember Edinburgh's "Fettesgate" and the alleged "magic circle" which was meant to comprise homosexual top judges etc.

It is odd how the public are encouraged to keep a look out, investigate their neighbours etc while the BBC which houses myriad investigative journeys can't investigate an abuse of pedos and rapists about rumours have existed for 20 years or more.

Hi: Rosdeep Kular is an Indian name no offence, it's not a Pakistani name.
She might have been running around with the Pakistani Boys or Men's as lots of women's do in our crazy world for sexual gratification.

He was furiously crying and she was pushing him back into his push-chair with her finger nails.
I was thinking: why don't you pick him up?
give him a bottle. A breast. A dummy. A cuddle. Anything to soothe him.
This beautiful baby boy child just got more and more upset, and literally with her finger nails, she kept pushing him away--back into his push chair.
For me it was almost excruciating to witness.
Then, because the mother could stand no more, she reached into her bag of tricks, looking around to see who was witnessing….
not me. I was looking out my window on the other side…..
and as soon as my own coast was clear I looked back to see this woman tear off a piece of cellophane and with her finger take out whatever it was and place same finger in the little boy's mouth.
Within seconds, the pupils of his eyes rolled upwards as his dimples sucked whatever DELIGHT….and he was GONE!!!!
I reported this to my local priest, who said "DO NOT JUDGE!"
at which point I departed our catholic church.

Great research - and always interesting - but I feel like sharing one of my biggest complaint about internet research into deeper reality in general: tendencious interpretations of still photos...who's to say that Mikaeel was «unhappy» in that pic?She might have been tickling him, he might have been squirming for no reason at all, who knows? Nobody can know....Someone else said «I always knew something was wrong...» well...no you didn't..you don't «know»....If we ever want to be taken seriously, we have to elevate our threshold for using words like that...

Mohammed Abdi was not from Kenya he was from Somalia.
I've got a son who is nine years of age and if he was showing slight signs of ill health, never I would leave him in bed on his own overnight. Bless the poor sole my heart aches even thinking about wat he may have suffered..
