Since you bring it up; I have never been certain of who exactly the ALL CAPS are messaging to. I do know that his spelling is meaningful. I cannot get this out of my head, SURVAILENCE. In tracking it over to Vail and poking into anything of note, I will point this out to youse.

The filing date was Feb. 6. And for those short on time, it’s all about Blackrock. All things Black make me squint. They are a ginormous Hedge Fund so it may be nuffin much. But I do like tracking. And Tracking money especially dark money should be a public sport through FinCen.gov someday. Looks like very large number of securities had to be reported. No understanding of why but I’ve seen some insider trading in these dark pools of bank gambles that are off book so to speak.

May have nothing to do with the spelling. Many possibilities.
