Super Concert '70 was a one-day music festival held at the Deutschlandhalle in Berlin, Germany, on September 4, 1970. The festival was headlined by Jimi Hendrix. Other artists on the bill included Canned Heat (whose harmonica/guitar player and singer, Alan "Blind Owl" Wilson, died the day before), Procol Harum, Ten Years After, Cat Mother and Cold Blood and Murphy Blend.[citation needed]
A notable fact about this festival is that it was Hendrix's next to last performance. He appeared on stage one more time at the Open Air Love & Peace Festival in Fehmarn, Germany, on September 6, 1970.[citation needed]
