In around 2009 sometime I had a around 890 each in a saving and checking account in the Bank of Sierra, in Bakersfield California, when Obama was President. One day I got a notice of deficiency and checked out my account and my avings said -890 they had reversed my money to negative, so I did an online move in my online backing account whereby I transferred all the money from my checking to my savings and I wiped out that bogus debt and saved the record so I would have proof, because I knew they would erace that too, they had targeted me for a while hacking my computer crashing it trumping up fake phone bills & fake utility bills, etc., and sure enough after i wiped out the debt and later applied to open up another account ith them they said I could not because I had an outstanding debt of $ 890 ! I am going to put all the evidence in a book I am writing and expose the whole targetting operation ! This was being done because I file a document in Eastern District Federal Court Tax Case, United States vs Little, around 2003-2004 proving all currency in the USA Federal Reserve Notes, are 100 per cent Debt, therefore no one can receive any gain of profit by receiving them, and are not taxable because the Supreme court of the USA has Ruled several Times that : "The Government can not tax debt" they can only tax Profits or gains as those terms are defined by law ! they did not like that at all and started attacking my computer putting 2 key Stroke Loggers on it 1 from the local D.A.'s Office an the other was from the NSA which had the latest encryption so good my computer expert who had programmed spy sattelites for NASA said it would take her 2 weeks of research to figure it out and she had an IQ that was over 200 off the IQ chart ! They definitely do not like the truth to be shown or known !
