Even worse, new video has arrived showing Kirk’s shirt being blown up by some little explosion on his upper chest. That indicates that either the shot was initially supposed to be on his chest, with some foul-up during execution, or a misfire by Kirk of the squib and bloodstream. Possibly he fired the squib too high and they had to switch the story as a neck wound, using CGI to cover it.
A TPUSA spokesman has now tried to explain part of that by claiming there was no exit wound because the doctor found the bullet lodged in Kirk’s neck. Really?
That’s what they’re going with? Then through what hole did all that blood squirt out? A large pore? An old pimple? You get a blood squirt like that out of an exit hole. I guess they expect you to believe the blood came out of the entry hole, but that isn’t how it works, and the squirt is on the wrong side anyway.
The natural assumption, given the video, was that the bullet came from your left, exiting on your right. That’s why he was pushed right and fell right, and why the squirt was right. So this is ballistics for the clueless. Plus, only the vertebrae bones could have stopped that bullet, and even they wouldn’t have.
But say they did. Say Kirk had a backbone made of titanium. Still, the backbone is in the back of the neck, with the veins and arteries in front of that. So if the bullet lodged in a vertebra, it would probably have missed the main arteries and veins, and you would have no huge squirt like that.
So the story now doesn’t match the Hollywood Fake Blood Squib they used. If you are unclear on this, go read some deer hunters’ forums on neck shots and exit wounds. You will learn more than you ever wanted to know.

A former New York financier who managed money for George Soros has been arrested on charges spanning bank fraud to sex trafficking.
Howard Rubin, 70, was taken into custody Friday morning at his home in Fairfield, Connecticut. According to a 10-count indictmentunsealed in a Brooklyn federal court, Rubin is accused of sex-trafficking at least 10 women between 2009 and 2019 - luring them to various NYC hotels and a Manhattan penthouse with a soundproofed BDSM sex dungeon - where he restrained, beat, and shocked them with electricity, according to the US Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn.
Rubin reportedly spent at least $1 million on said activities. He has also been charged with bank fraud related to false statements on financial documents during a civil lawsuit stemming from these activities.
“As alleged, the defendants used Rubin’s wealth to mislead and recruit women to engage in commercial sex acts, where Rubin then tortured women beyond their consent, causing lasting physical and/or psychological pain, in some cases physical injuries,” Brooklyn US Attorney Joseph Nocella said in a statement.
