I am not assuming anything, I am saying I found no evidence ! I do not assume someone is guilty without any evidence being brought forth to establish any of the allegations as fact ! If all you are doing is assuming things you are wasting your time and energy like spinning your wheels thinking you are going somewhere, when you are exactly where you were at the beginning of your assumption, with no evidence and nothing established as fact ! If you went into Court with no evidence and only bald faced allegations and assumptions you would be laughed out of Court, and perhaps hit with a monetary sanction for filing pleadings that were frivolous and without any merit !
