"And I was this rather slight, androgynous looking 21-year-old - my stand-in on The Partridge Family, if you can believe it, was a girl.
"Everyone at work was convinced we were lovers.
"It's that gay thing again.
"All through my career, there have been people who've assumed that I am homosexual.
"Thanks to The Partridge Family, I found I gained a pretty strong gay following, which I rather liked."

This website has everyone gay with almost no proof at all. Cassidy spoke very openly about his sexuality in his book. He said he gave it a thought as a teenager but it never went further than that because he loves women so much. He doesn't care if people call him gay. Too bad people make up so many lies.
From such strong acting family and career, to have faded from the glitz..just curious enough will have to read the book.. He was so adored by so many of us in our youth..the monkeys Davy Jones..Donny Osmond(gag). Actually heard "I think I love you " on the radio today..I admit I spent my babysitting money to plaster my closet with David Cassidy..first crush
