The Moslem countries which have recently been wrecked include Syria, Iraq, Tunisia, Egypt, and Libya.
Iran, Pakistan and Turkey are apparently colonies of the West.

There is a calm in the west. Since most think that if they focus on the gain everything is all good. Considering west Africa/middle east has been sold as empty since 19 th century. Now Pax America sees an easy target and Europe (France) claims it from said 19 th century. Future holds a proxy war for control between these old Indochina friends. Any conflict can be sold as a lashing out of a few savages from a region of engineered waste lands. Centers of humanity under assault everywhere!

I think the expression you're looking for is 'terra nullius'. This was contrived to make right the brook-no-opposition occupation of any 'unsettled or barbarous country'.
Whilst this is hateful piece of ratfuck nastiness, it's possessed of a marvellous irony insofar as the latter description, 'barbarous', technically makes legal the invasion of those countries of empire who demonstrated their perfectly barbarous nature by genocidally exterminating the aborigines of every nation they encountered. It's a proper don't-argue, that.
